Asuna and Kirito's AfterStory Vol. 2

Family Quest! Pt 2

"A map was the reward for beating that thing?" Silica asked.

Kirito clicked on it and watched it appear in his hand, he looked over it and noticed a bunch of tunnels connected together. "Looks like it."

"That's a really sad reward from something so massive and disgusting!" Kuro added

"No kidding, I thought it would've been something WAY cooler, like a rare stone or a rare sword!" Faith said with a frown.

Asuna smiled. "What if this leads to the true treasure?"

"Ya but don't you think this was too much work for one map?" Yui said as she landed on Kirito's shoulder.

"Your right, it seems a little odd." Kirito exits out of his menu and looks at the map. "Might as well give this a shot."

Everyone nods.

"It looks like the hole where the centiworm came out of is our entrance, I think it was guarding the hole. Yui, check if there are any other monsters down that hole." Kirito said as he looked at the little pixie on his shoulder.

"You got it Daddy!" Yui solutes him and flies over the massive hole, her eyes turn yellow as she searches for any data. Once she collected all the data she could, she flew back to the others. "Here's what I found! According to all the data I found from the hole, the insect, and the map, this hole should've been a dungeon that lead to a boss!"

"Really!" Asuna said surprisingly.

Yui nodded. "This was supposed to be a dungeon that linked to the boss in Old Aincrad but since New Aincrad got a new owner, it changed it to a regular dungeon!"

"Can Aincrad even do that?" Kirito asked

Yui shrugged. "Sorry daddy, I don't know."

"What about monsters?" Asuna asked

"I saw a couple of monsters down there, each one is stronger than the last!"

Kirito sighed. "Alright! Let's see what this old dungeon is made out of!"

"Yeah!" Everyone yells

They start to fly down into the darkness one by one. Once they got to the bottom, fog overtook their eye sight and the exit. They couldn't see anything, not even themselves or the people around them.

"Did everyone make it down!?" Kirito yelled through the darkness.

"Ya but I can't see anything!" Liz's footsteps were heard until she hit something. "Ow! I just ran into something!"

"That was me!" Silica added

"Daddy! Mommy! Where are you?!" Faith yelled.

"Stay where you are, I'll follow your voices!" Asuna suggested.

"I found Faith!" Kuroyukihime announces.

"Yay! Kuro!" Faith yelled happily.

"Found you girls!" Asuna added

"Mommy!" Faith hugged her mother.

Kirito looked around and noticed he couldn't see his own hand in front of his face. "Yui! Is it possible you could produce light?!"

"Good idea daddy!" A few seconds afterwards, Kirito saw a faint light. "Everyone! Head towards Yui!"

Kirito walks towards Yui who was not to far from him.
