300 years after Darkstalker was turned into Peacemaker.
The Claw Mountains stretched out below. The dragons there from all different tribes were see-through. They all seemed to be standing, or lying down, on thin air, as if there was an invisible layer of ground below their talons. Some of them were sleeping but most were looking down at smaller dragons, withering plants, or maybe just a few stones. The only thing all of them had in common was that they all were silent, or whispering, none of the dragons louder than a soft mumble. None that was except for seven dragons, each from a different tribe, too busy arguing to notice the group of ghostly dragons slowly surrounding them to eavesdrop.
“What!?” exclaimed the SandWing, staring at the female RainWing, who met her gaze firmly. “You mean to give this job to the three DRAGONETS?!”
“Calm down,Qibli. We can’t give this to adult dragons. We need help defending Pyrrhia from the griffins while someone searches for it. The power.”
“Good thinking, Glory.” smiled the SeaWing.
Qibli sighed. “I guess we don’t have many other choices. Well then, I agree.”
“But one of them isn’t even half a NightWing!” the IceWing started protesting.
“Winter, she holds blood that no complete RainWing has. You can find Starteller the NightWing for the full answer”
The other dragons gasped, eyes wide, as if they had just seen a dragon with six tails. Starteller, the NightWing with the best future telling ever, hardly ever talked. If he told Glory this, that must mean it's important.
“You asked Starteller for this?!” cried the MudWing “Then it must be right. The three dragonets will go on this journey.”
“I can’t argue with this, can I?” smiled the SkyWing. “I agree”
Glory smiled as well, colors rippling across her scales. “So all us agree? Then we shall find Starteller and have the vision ceremony.”
