AHHHHHHHH

A sudden jolt woke me up, white flashing through my crimson scales. Hissing, I glanced around the sleeping cave. Two IceWing and NightWing hybrids were standing by the doorway, one which I recognised as Frostynight. I’ve never seen the other one before. Hmm, I thought. There are not many dragons I don't know in this school.

I crouched low, turning my angry face at the stranger. Moonflow the NightWing and SeaWing hybrid is up and awake now, silently watching the scene with an awkward expression. I can feel fear in the strange dragon’s mind as I forced black dots onto my scales.

“Who interupted my dream! I wanted to know what the ending was like!”

Uhh, who is this random dragon here?, the stranger thought. I was about to open my mouth to say ‘My name is Berry!!!’, then thought better of it. I won’t let anyone know my mind reading secret, at least not now.

Poor Owl. Red angry RainWings are not what you see every morning. Frostynight’s mind is filled with her usual sense of humor, smiling as if she just ate a million laugh berries, even though her real face looks stern. So the stranger's name is Owl

Moonflow looks worried. She always does when I do something like this. At least I think threatening strange dragons who interrupted your sleep is ok.

“Berry, stop! This is not a stranger, OK? This is Owl, my friend from the Rainforest. Owl, this is Berry, your typical always-angry-RainWing. Uh, Berry, why do you still look angry….”

“Frosty, I think you know her well enough to know that she is always angry, no matter what.” Moonflow rose to her feet, stretching her wing wide, nearly knocking me on my tail. I swished around to face her, baring my venom-shooting teeth and hissing.

“Berry, just calm down!”  Frostynight shouted in my face, glancing at the terrified Owl standing by the entrance, looking ready to run away as soon as I start attacking.  Not like I would attack a random dragon who entered the cave early in the morning.

But I let the black flow away from my scales anyway. There is no use pretending to be angry anymore, so I turned to my normal red, purple and blue color. Everyone in the cave seems more relieved, but Owl is still in her running position.

“Also, Berry, the dream you were talking about earlier, well…. It’s a vision”
