That day, Sadie's mom went to pick Sadie up at school, from tutoring. She was nowhere to be found. Worringly, she called her.
"The telephone youve been trying to reach is currently unavailable, or-"
She hung up before the annoying voice mail could end.
After hours of looking, worried, she contacted the police to report a missing child.

The next morning, Titi got in the bus. She sat in her usual seat, leaving an empty space for Sadie.
When they stopped at Sadie's usual bus stop, she wasnt there.
Bad thoughts came to her head.
