part 7 ~ surprise!

        Alexandra and Catharine were actually very sweet and loving, but it didn't make me feel any calmer anyway. When Matt and I were alone again, I suggested I would've stayed at Emeraude's for the following four days, because I didn't want any of us to feel uncomfortable.

        Matt agreed after billions of please and I feel so out of place, but at least he agreed. And I was so thankful.

        The following morning, I woke up in Em's wide guestroom's bed. I tiptoed into the bathroom and took a quick shower. I wrapped a towel around my body and brushed my hair. My phone buzzed, an incoming call from my Matty crush.

    《Morning cupcake》his raspy voice greeted.

    《Morning Matthew》I chuckled with pinkish cheeks. How could he make me blush even when on the phone??

    《I was thinking maybe I could pick you up in ten, if you're not busy》

    《I'm not, where are you taking me??》

    《Can't tell, it's a surprise》he softly chuckled.

    《Okay, Scoobert Doobert. I guess I'll see you later then》I teased, he laughed.

        I stared at my luggage for ten full minutes, wondering what I could wear. How could I decide what to wear if I had no idea where we were going?? I desperately went for a grey shirt and black jeans, regretting it right away. So I grabbed one of the dresses Em and Kat had chosen for me instead.

        I applied some light make-up and straightened my hair. I then jumped on the couch and relaxed while on Netflix.

        Matt's car pulled into the driveway fifteen minutes later. My heart started pounding and racing, skipping a couple of beats at regular intervals. I checked myself in the mirror for one more time before opening the door.

    《Be relaxed and kiss a lot!》Em yelled after me, I threw her a death glare and she laughed.

        My face fell when I spotted Alexandra and Catharine in the backseat. I smiled it away and waved as I got on the passenger seat.《Hey!》

    《Hi Olive!》Cat happily greeted.

    《I'm very sorry I'm late. Girls apparently take a lot of time getting ready》Matt apologized.

    《Actually, Olive, he was the "girl" who took too long. It's not like if you look at your reflection in the mirror it magically turns you into Johnny Depp, baby brother》Alexandra teased with a grin.

    《Shut up Alex》Matt scoffed embarrassed.

        The Sunset Boulevard was one of the prettiest streets to me. I had witnessed its beauty only through Internet pictures and maps before, but in that moment, my heart felt full. I was living a dream, right there. Driving around Hollywood with Matthew Daddario and his sisters. How sick was that??

    《Do I pull here?》Matt asked, overcoming the music coming from the radio.

    《Here should be just fine》Cat and Alex smiled simultaneously as they got off the car and waved.

    《Do we- we don't get off?》I asked confused.

    《No, we don't》he threw me the biggest grin. Oh okay.

    《I heard you and Cat have been texting all night》he eventually asked.

    《We apparently share the same interests of a couple of things》

    《Well, you should fill me up on that》he smiled, throwing me a sweet glance.

    《Should I?》I teased.

        A few moments later, he pulled the car in a parking lot. I wildly moved my eyes all around, trying to understand where we were.

    《I need you to close your eyes》he smiled with pinkish cheeks.

    《I hate that stuff》I laughed as he covered my eyes with his big hands.

        We walked for a little while, until we eventually reached a stop. He grabbed my right hand and carried it on some odd unknown surface. I shivered as I recognized what that was.

    《Is this a raptor??》I asked in shock, as I pulled his hands away.

    《Woah. So you really are a nerd of this stuff》he laughed.

    《How could you not recognize a raptor, I mean-》I gasped, he just kept laughing at me.

        The big letters on the wall formed the words Walk with Dinosaurs. Matt had brought me to paradise. My love for dinosaurs had always been my weak spot, and nobody had known for years. And then this guy shows up, and takes me to one of the most famous dinosaurs place??

    《I might marry you for this!》I excitedly ran towards the T-Rex.

    《We should wait till you're an adult》he joked with a chuckle.

    《So you're telling me you're not excited?》I gasped.

    《I am if you are》

    《I clearly am but you're clearly not, excuse me??》

    《Come with me and shut up》he laughed and picked me up child-like.

        We queued for one of the rides, the highest and most famous. Matt offered me his hand and helped me get on the huge dinosaur egg-train. The train started moving, causing me to grip violently on Matt's arm.

    《S-Sorry just-》

    《How can you love Rollercoasters and at the same time being afraid of heights? I can't seem to solve this mystery》he smirked.

    《Rollercoasters are fast, it's not like this thing that stays up the whole time》

    《I won't let you fall, for anything in the world》Matt whispered with the sweetest tone. Oh how I was screwed for this guy.

        I gazed deeply into his eyes and shyly smiled at the pretty guy in front of me. He grinned again and leaned in.

    《You're making me miss the ride. The only dinosaur I'm seeing is the one in front of me》I whispered.

    《Is that some kind of compliment for you nerds?》he teased with a smirk.

    《It is, since I love dinosaurs》

        He pressed his lips on mine and copped his hands around my face. I gave in the kiss in less then a second and wrapped my arms around his neck. I pulled him closer by his hair, as he took a strong grip on my lower back and did the same.

    《Oh, look, a treesaurus!》he quickly pulled away and pointed out.

    《There's no such thing》I laughed.

    《There is, right there!》he laughed back and wrapped his strong warm arms around me, pulling me against his fine chest.

    《This is one of my favorite dates with you》Matt admitted.

    《We literally only had two, dumbie》

    《I know, shorty》he laughed,《Can I ask you out tonight? That'd make it three》

    《Smooth》I shyly chuckled.
