Jane had just made it across the temple
The python sat glimmering in the afternoon sun that way shining through the window off to the left. Jane picked up the python and was relived to find there were no traps. She knew the python had already granted her greatest wish even if she wasn't sure if it was to have friends, go to school,or have unlimited french fries.
"Hey, your pretty brave for a girl" a mysterious voice said out of the shadows
"Well at least I'm not as rude as you" Jane snapped back at the boy
" I like you, your cool. I'm Will How would you like to be part of a team?"
"I'm Jane", Jane said cautiously "and what kind of team?"
" An elite team for people with extraordinary talents like you, your gifts are extra braveness and creativity, I have extra powers in computer programming and trustworthiness."
"Alright... How many other people are in this talent group?" Jane asked
"Me and you another girl named Sam and a guy named Dean"
"Are they our age too?" Jane asked noticing Will was about the same age as her
"Yeah, Sam's 14, Deans 15 and I'm 13." Will said
" Oh" Jane said with surprise realizing that she was a year older. "I'm 14" she answered
"Well?" Will questioned "Will you join?"
"Just one more question. How do I know I can trust you?"
"You cant" and with this Will walked away
"Wait!" Jane cried "I agree to join your group!"
"Good! Now lets hurry and keep that python out of evils hands"
"Wait!What?" Jane yelled and hurried to catch up
