Chapter 34 (Corbyn)

Evelyn and I go lay on her new bed. She loves it. She is so happy. This is the happiest I have seen her all day. I hope she likes that in her to comfort her. I still love her. I'm always going to love her. Zach is a jerk and a cheater. I hope he doesn't do that to Emma she doesn't need it. He is lucky that I'm here to help Evelyn. "Hey Eve?" I say. "Yeah?" She says. "I hope I'm not like invading your space or anything. Because I know that this is hard for you with Zach and everything." I say. I need to know how she feels. "Corbyn, you are not doing anything wrong. You are helping me get through this. Those little things that you said to me and the hugs and everything is a big help. I don't know what I would do if you weren't here." She tells me. I breathe out, "Okay good. I wanted to make sure that you aren't uncomfortable with me being here." She snuggles up to me and puts her head on my chest. "I'll always be comfortable with you." She says as she dozes off. While she is taking a nap, I just snuggle her and stroke her hair. About an hour later she wakes up. "Hello beautiful." I day. "Hi." She says with a little giggle. "Sleep well?" I ask. "Better then I have in a while." She says. Is she flirting with me? I can't tell! Ahh. Okay breathe Corbyn. "Good." I say. I didn't know what else to say. Oh well. "This bed is so comfy. I could just lie here all day." She says. "Well is already 6 pm so how about you me and Daniel go out to eat for dinner?" I say. "Great idea!" She says, "Go tell Daniel and I'll go get ready." I nodded. I told Daniel and he said okay we are gonna leave at 7. So let's go get ready.

Evelyn:
I get ready and this is what I'm wearing, my hairstyle and my makeup:

When I walk down the stairs Corbyn says, "Damn!" I blush. "Let's go!" I say. Daniel drives and Corbyn sits in the back with me. He scoots closer and while Daniel is talking, he grabs a hold of my hand and our fingers intertwine. When we get to the restaurant Daniel open the door for me. "Here you go my lady." He says. "Why thank you kind sir." I say. We both laugh. When we walk in a lady gives us a table. When the waitress comes and asks us for our drinks, Daniel is shocked. I don't know why. But the waitress says, "Hi I'm Reya and I'll be your server for the night. May I take your drink order?" Daniel is frozen. I snap in his face. "What do u want to drink" I say. "Oh um um Coke please." He says. I order a Sprite and Corbyn gets a dr.pepper. When the waitress walks away Corbyn says, "Daniel you kind of just froze there for a second." "She is beautiful!" He says. "Ask for her number!" I say. Corbyn agreed. "G-guys I-i don't know how." Daniel says. Then Corbyn tells him how. Daniel said that he will do it at the very end. When she comes back with our drinks, she takes our food order. I get a 6 oz steak with a side of corn, Corbyn gets chicken and a salad, and Daniel gets fish and rice. Once again Corbyn scoots closer to me and grabs my hand. Daniel notices. He looks at me. I shake my head and move my mouth to the words, I'll tell you later. He nods. About 10 minutes later Reya comes back with our food. "Here you guys go. Might I just say that your dress is stunning." She says to me. "Thank you!" I say. She nods her head. She walks off. "Ugh her voice is like an angel!" Daniel says. Corbyn and I laugh. After we eat Reya comes back with the check. "Here you guys go take your time no rush!" She says. As she walks off Daniel gets up and stops her. "Reya, is it?" He says. "Yes." She says. "So I was w-wondering if I could get your number." He says. She nods. They exchange phone numbers. "Thank you." He says. She nods and walks off. Corbyn gives him a high five. We pay and then we leave. When we get home Zach and Emma are cuddled up on the couch sleeping. I sigh. I go up to my room shower and lay down.
