It was the morning of the Yule Ball,it started at 8:00 to midnight me and Daphne agreed to dress together.
We woke up and got dressed and remembered Cedric telling me to meet him at the Astronomy tower at 12 noon at was 11:45 so I walked out of the Slytherin Common Rooms and into the Astronomy tower by the time I was there it was 11:59 and Cedric was there.

I grinned and said"So why did you bring me here Diggory?"He chuckled and said"I wanted to help you on our second task because you told me the first task was dragons"

Flashback

When I knew it was Dragons, I decided to tell Cedric because Harry would know by know and being the kind person he is he would of told Victor and Fleur.I walked into the library and there was him and his friends,Liz,Matt and John I waited and muttered a spell that split his bag open"Oh,you guys go I'll clean this up,new one as well"Cedric said, and his friends walked off.

"Cedric-"
"Hey Lynx how-"
"The first task is dragons"His eyes widens and he whispers"Dragons?"I nodded and said "Yeah I found out in the For-"Then I stopped myself saying"Well good luck with the dragons"And I smiled.
"Thanks, Lynx, I appreciate how you've helped me, I hope you win."
"I may not be a Gryffindor, but you are, in here, now, win this task Diggory, or I kick your butt."
The two hugged.,

Flashback over

"It's fine I can find-"Then he cut me of saying,"Go in the prefects bathrooms with the egg"Then with that he ran of like I did.I ran down the stairs across the classrooms into the dungeons and said the password to the Slytherin Common rooms"Salazar Slytherin"

The portrait's hole opened and I ran past Draco,Theo and Blaise who were on the couch but raised there eyebrows smirking why I was so desperate I stood at the bottom of the girls dorms and shouted"DAPHNE!"Then a voice shouted"What"I ran up the stairs into our dorms that said 'Daphne Greengrass and Lynx Black'I walked in and my face broke into a grin.

"I found out the clue for the task!"Her eyes shot up and said"What is it?"And I smirked saying"Follow me"We both ran down the stairs as Flint shouted"Don't Bang on the stairs!"I scowled and said"Are you blind and were not banging,it's called running you should learn how to do that"

A Group of Slytherins that were Daphne,Blaise,Theo,Draco,Adrian Pucey,Lucian Bole,David Montague and a few Durmstrang students snickered and snorted.

Flint scowled at me then smirked,opened his mouth to make up a comeback but before he could talk me, I sped to the Prefect Bathrooms and said the password"Pine-fresh"with Daphne right behind me she asked"What do we have to do?"

"We have to open the egg,put it in the water with us in I think"She nodded as we sat on the floors of the bathtub facing each other I lifted the egg opened it and put it in the water we and forgot to open it and a voice said"I'd open it if I was you"It was Myrtle

"Thats what Cedric Diggory did he lay there talking to himself for ages all the bubbles had gone by then, I don't usually talk to people"
"Im honoured"I said darkly
"Go on open it"So I did with Daphne watching me and a voice said something I ducked my head under the water as it said:

'Come seek us where our voices sound,
We cannot sing above the ground,

We've taking what your sorely miss,
An hour long you've got to look,
And to recover what we've took,
But past an hour-the prospects black,
Too late,it's gone,it won't come back
