Jack looked through Lizzie's peephole. Lizzie had allowed him to live with him until he can get back on his feet. Jack felt tears well in his eyes when he saw Mark there. "Jack? You there?" Mark asked. "Y-yeah." Jack nervously murmured. "Can we talk?" Mark asked again. "One second." Jack turned to Lizzie and Dan. "I-it's Mark." Jack answered the unasked question. "C-can you stay here?" Jack asked. Dan and Lizzie nodded. "Of course, Jack." Lizzie said, handing Jack her pet cat, Buddy. Jack let out a sigh of relief when taking Buddy. Buddy always calmed Jack down. Jack put Buddy down and opened the door to let Mark in. He slowly walked in. Jack grabbed Buddy and sat down next to Lizzie, petting the fluffy gray-tabby-and-white cat. "H-hey, Jack. And Lizzie. And Dan." Mark rubbed the back of his neck after closing the door. "Oh, hi Mark." Felix growled, walking into the room. "Hi, Felix." Mark murmured. Felix sat on the other side of Jack. "I-I wanted to say sorry, Jack." Mark said. "I would say too late, but even if you said it before I ha- fainted, then I would not accept it. You cheated on me, Mark! Yet you expect me to say 'Oh, that's perfectly fine?' I can't believe you! Even if you didn't get the memo. We. Are. Through." Jack was standing and in tears at that point. Lizzie stood up and put her hand on Jack's shoulder. "I think you should leave, Mr. Fischback." Felix stood too and snarled at the red-haired youtuber. Just as Mark left, Joel, Lizzie's fiance, walked in. He saw Felix glaring at the strange red-haired man leaving, Jack in tears, and Dan and Lizzie comforting Jack, and he knew that the red-haired man was Mark, the man who broke poor Jack's heart.
