I Can't Believe You!

Chapter 6

Jack's POV

Jack couldn't believe it. After making his ex-wife pregnant, he left her. Jack clutched his hands. "Jack, please don't do anything serious." Lizzie pleaded. "I won't, I'll just punch his face in." Jack hissed. "Jack! Don't!" Lizzie grabbed the man's arm. Jack sighed. "Fine, but don't give him another chance," Jack told her, "Promise me." Lizzie nodded. "I won't," Lizzie said, "I promise." Jack collapsed onto the couch. Poor Lizzie. I wasn't that serious with Mark, so it hurt less. What'll Lizzie do now? Kick Joel out? Maybe... "Why do things always have to happen to me?" Lizzie asked. "Huh?" Jack turned his attention back to the pink-haired girl. "I mean, Maddie left to America, Joel left me, Buddy died. Mum then Dad died. It seems like everything happens to me..." Lizzie cried. "It's okay, my parents disowned me when they found out I was gay. Signe left me. I honestly have no idea if I'm gay anymore. But there's a light at the end of the tunnel, where everyone is happy. It's okay, Lizzie. Bad things happen, but there is always that good aspect. You no longer have to put up with Joel's ---Bleep---" Jack told her. "Jack!" Lizzie scolded him, then she hugged him, "Your right, there is a light. And it's you. Jack, I would've asked this sooner, had I not been loyal to Joel, but since Mark broke up with you, and since we've become best friends, I've kinda liked you..." Lizzie admitted. Jack took the woman's hands. "I love you too." Jack smiled. Lizzie smiled back. "Are we dating now?" Lizzie asked. "Yeah, I guess we are." Jack answered. A sound buzzed on Jack's phone. He picked it up to see a call from Joel. "What the -bleep- do you want, you piece of -bleep-?" He asked him. "Is Lizzie with you? She blocked me." Joel asked over the phone. "Yeah, why?" Jack asked. "I want to talk with her." Joel told him. "Too late, you broke her heart, she's done with you." Jack snarled and was about to end the call when Lizzie stopped him. "I just want to hear what he says." Lizzie told him. "Fine, but only to hear what he says, only that." Jack told her. "Hello... what do you mean you didn't mean it??? You broke my heart. You've been cheating on me, and everybody on the Funcraft server saw it. What do you mean 'it was a prank??????'" Lizzie snarled.

Joel's POV

"Lizzie...she forced me to." he admitted. "Who?" Lizzie asked. "Mackenzie." Joel said. "You mean that -bleep- who tried to make me abandon you all that years ago and freaking DIED?? I MEAN, WE SAW HER BODY. WE SAW HER FUNERAL, WE SAW HER AUTOPSY! SHE IS DEAD, JOEL! THIS IS A HORRIBLE EXCUSE." Lizzie yelled and Joel could her tears on the brink of spilling. Suddenly, he heard an Irish voice talk to her. "Don't ever call this number again. Lizzie and I are moving. Goodbye forever, Joel." Jack's harsh voice growled. Joel hung his head in defeat. "Aw, what's wrong, Boobear?" Mack asked. "How are you alive?" Joel asked. "Simple, I'm not. I'm a figure of your imagination, boobear." Mack explained. Joel watched, tears in his eyes, as Mack disappeared. He got onto the Funcraft server, he saw BBPaws in front of his character.

<BBPaws> Wtf, man?

<SmallishBeans> I messed up

<BBPaws> Yeah you did, Lizzie is a crying mess

<SmallishBeans> I think I'm insane

<BBPaws> You are for breaking up with Lizzie

<SmallishBeans> No, mentally, I saw Mack

<BBPaws> Who?

<SmallishBeans> My girlfriend before Lizzie...she's dead...

<BBPaws> Mack?

<SmallishBeans> Yeah

<BBPaws> Yeah, I think you are insane. Go to a mental hospital. I'll tell Bob to take you to one. I hope you'll get better soon.

Joel told BBPaws okay and logged off. He got a text from Bob.

Bob: YOUR INSANE????

Joel: Yeah, please bring me to a hospital

Bob: BE THERE SOON!

Suddenly, Bob burst through the door. "BLOODY HELL, BOB!" Joel screamed. "Come on." Bob dragged Joel over to the car and drove him straight to a hospital. It said 'Izzy Hospital For Injured and Insane' Joel knew this hospital, most previously insane people went here, it was an amazing hospital. Joel slowly followed Bob inside. "Nurse, my friend thinks he's insane." Bob told the nurse. "Is this your friend?" the nurse asked, turning to Joel. "Y-yeah" Joel answered. "Why do you think so?" the nurse asked. "I-I see my dead ex-girlfriend. Sh-she made me break up with my wife..." Joel told her. "Alright, follow me Mr?" The nurse took a clipboard. "Call me Joel." Joel told her. "Very well, Joel." the nurse said and led him away.
