I Hate You.

I get up and my head is insanely painful. I groan as I sit on my bed. I look at the clock and it's 8 am. I scoffed and head to the bathroom to shower.

After shower, I put on a large tee with a pair of shorts under the shirt. I head downstairs and decided to make myself some breakfast.

I walk down the stairs boringly. I head to the kitchen and take out the pan to cook. I check my phone to see any notification while waiting for the pan to heat up.

There's no message from Daniel. That's weird. Maybe he's still asleep. He'll text me by the clock strikes 12 I guess. I tossed the phone on the couch and started cooking.

I'm laying on the couch while watching Netflix on the TV. It's been hours and still no text from Daniel. He didn't even call or text me till now. It's 6:30 am now and I've been waiting for his text.

I hold my eyes from sleeping so I can chat with him when he text me. But I guess it's useless. Is he mad at me? Why is he ignoring me? Best friends wouldn't do that. If he got problems with his phone, he would come to my house and chill with me.

I haven't seen his shadow since this morning. I guess he's somewhere he needs to be. I'm sure it's nothing. Maybe he's hibernating since tomorrow is school again.

Chill,Ver. Everything's fine. No hate,no fight. Finger crossed.

It hurts to not text her or listen to her voice but what she did hurt me and I don't deserve to be hurt like that. I know she don't deserve to be treated like this but she should have think before kissing that prick.

She should've known better. I know that Nate is better than me but I still hate him since he still dare to like Veronica when he knows I like her.

I haven't slept with any girls lately so I can spend time with her. I'm gonna ignore her till she apologize to me. Veronica never apologize first but this time I'll make sure she will.

Suddenly, my phone buzz. I lift it up lazily and it's a text from Nate.

Nate: Hey,Ver.

Me: Hey,Nate. What's up?

Nate: Can I come over? I got something to talk to you.

Me: Sure.

Nate: I'll be there in 5 minutes.

Me: Kk.

I sit on the couch and wait till he arrived. He sounds serious but I don't know if I should be scared of anything else than the thing that's been going on with my friendship with Daniel now.

I open the door as the bell rings. It's Nate leaning against the door frame. I give him a quick hug and let him in.

"So, what's the thing you wanna talk about?" I run my fingers in my hair while talking to him with no expression. "First of all, are you okay? You look terribly wrecked. Is everything okay?"

I stay quiet and nodded slowly while biting my lips to hold me from crying. He look at me confusingly. Then I decided I can't handle it anymore so I shake my head and tears started pouring out.

He opens his arm and pull me into a hug. He rub my head slowly and whisper to me. "Cry all you want,Ver. I'm here for you." I hug him and cry even more. I know it's not cool to cry in front of a guy who just dated you last night but I got no one else to talk to since Daniel avoid me and Hayley is at some family dinner.
