A week later..
~at school~
"I can't believe he's doing this fighting shit now. My birthday is like two days away." Hayley rub my hand and smile apologetically.

"It's okay,Ver. We're going to throw a really cool party and he's out from the invitation list." I scoffed and shake my head. "No way. I'm just gonna celebrate my birthday by watching teen wolf season 3 so I get to blush when Isaac appears. It's better."

Hayley gasp and hit my arm. "No! I'm gonna throw a really huge as party and everyone is invited except for Daniel. That's that so shut up and deal with it,bitch."

I look at her and laugh. She smile and I give her a hug. I'm glad that even though Daniel's not around, she always stays by my side.

Today is my birthday and I gotta admit that Hayley is great at throwing parties like this. I thought that she's only good at drunk kids party.

There's a lot of people at this party actually. My mom and dad went to California for some things to get done so they let us have a party to have fun while they're gone.

I'm wearing a black tank top with a mini skirt but not the tight one and a pair of high heels. "Happy birthday, Veronica! Hope you'll be blessed." I hug the girl that wish me. "Thank you,Dee. Enjoy the party." She nodded and walk away.

"Happy birthday,Ver." Tyler hug me and I hug him back. He kiss my cheek as we pull away. "Thank you,Ty. Have fun!" He chuckle and walk away.

I'm sitting on the stool by the counter and drink with Hayley. "I'm sorry if this party sucks." I laugh and smile at her. "It's not,I love it. Thank you." I hug her and look up.

I saw Daniel near the speaker and pick up the microphone. I pull away from the hug quickly and look at him. "What?" Hayley turn and look at him with no reaction.

"Alright, girls and boys. Can we have Veronica Winter here, please? Tyler, take her here and uh.. Hayl, come here." Tyler take my hand and I follow him as we walk towards Daniel who's standing in the middle of the crowd with the microphone in his hand.

He smile at me as I started walking towards him. Tyler let my hand go and leave me standing in the middle of the crowd with Daniel. As Hayley arrived,she move to blend in with the crowd.

"Well, when I was 9, I met a girl. The way we met was funny actually. I was being bullied by some braces ugly giant guy and that day, my heroine came and save me. I was thankful ever since and till now she's my best friend. I'm glad that I got to meet someone who is as amazing as her. She never give up till she got it. The strength that she got,no one has it. Not even a cop or any soldiers. She may not seem tough outside, but she's the strongest woman ever."

He moves closer to me and smile at me. Everyone stay quiet and focus to every words he says. "When I cry, she's my happy pill. When I'm in pain, she's the cure. When I'm at my worst,she makes me at my best. When I hurt her,she shut me out and never say sorry first cuz I'm the one who always starts the fight. That's when I realized, I don't feel the same way as I did towards her before."

Everyone stay quiet and some girls are crying which I don't know why. I stand there with no expression but I'm actually really flattered. I'm still pissed at him tho.

"Tonight, I'm gonna admit it in front of everyone, Veronica. I don't care if you reject me cuz everything I do for you, is worth it even though I'll die."

Uh-oh. I think he's about to admit his feelings for me. Why do it in front of everyone? I'm having mixed emotions now. I think I'll answer...

"Veronica,I love you more than friends. There,I said it. I want you to answer me honestly." Everyone oohs around the house and everyone is waiting for the answer.

Hayley step forward and stand beside Daniel with a worried face. "What's the answer,Ver?" Hayley asked. I look around and think.

"Daniel,I.."
