(chapter 1)
Right now, I'm with the members while we eat our dinner.
We're currently enjoying our mini break before our Japan debut in a few days.
"Hey, Jihoonie! What are you doing back in your studio earlier?" Jeonghan hyung asked, opening up the conversation.
"Yeah, we already finished all the songs, right?" Seungkwan added.
"Nothing really. But you guys know me, something came up in my mind so I tried making a melody out of it." I explained.
"Jeez, I'm really amazed with your brain, Ji." Wonwoo commented then Shua hyung added, "He is a genius, alright."
I chuckled with that before answering, "I am not. I'm just.."
"Inspired?" Mingyu continued, I pouted before nudging him making the others laugh.
"If that's what you call it. But I can't help it. My mind just keep on thinking about melodies and songs." I added.
"Pft, Soonyoung's the same when it comes to dancing." Jun teased.
"Speaking of dancing, don't we have practice tonight? Our Japan debut is just around the corner." Soonyoung said, changing the subject.
"But we just finished eating!" Chan whined making us all laugh.
"Silly, of course we'll do it later not now exactly. Come on, let's clean up this table." Cheol hyung said.
It only took a few minutes for us to tidy up the table.
We're now planning on what to do while waiting for the food we ate to digest.
"You guys want to check out the melody I mentioned earlier?" I suggested.
"Wow! Of course, Hyung!" Seokmin cheered. "Then let's go."
We told our manager we'll be staying at the studio for a while and will just head straight to the practice room after.
On our way, the members began asking what kind of music it was this time.
I can't help but to smile while I explain it to them. It also made me realized something.
Thinking back 3 years ago, making songs for our group made me feel like it's a burden more than an opportunity.
But now, I decided to make use of the latter part to explore music. That way, I get to enjoy what I love and even share it to my members as well as our Carats.
If back then I'm shy and feel burden on my title, now I can proudly say I am our group's main producer, a composer as well as a songwriter.
