It was late at night when Voldemort finally woke. Around one in the morning. Everyone was asleep except Cellie and her father. Jabe was asleep by Voldemorts side with his hand gripped gently in hers. Cellie was laying next to her father with her head in his lap. She was awake. "Hi daddy. You feel better?" Cellie whispers.

Voldemort shifts slightly. He did feel better. Better then he had felt in a long time. He felt stronger. And his magical core felt more active. But Voldemort was more concerned as to why Cellie was awake at what must have been a very late hour. "Why are you awake my princess. Surely it must be very late." Voldemort whispers softly.

He could feel Jabe next to him. And when jabes grip tightens on his hand he lowers his voice. "I worry daddy. Wanted make sure you alright before sleep." Voldemort sighs and gently runs a few fingers through cellies hair. "Princess listen to me. I am going to be alright. You have to sleep. You can't do this." Cellie whimpers and turns her head away thinking Voldemort was angry with her. "I sorry daddy." Cellie whimpers letting a few tears slip. Cellie hated the thought of her father being angry with her. It made her heart hurt.

"Princess I'm not angry with you." Voldemort whispers softly after feeling his daughters pain. Cellie meets her fathers blind eyes. "You need rest princess. You know that you need it more then I or your mother. Your much stronger then us and therefor your magical core need more rest. So you have to rest." Voldemort says gently.

Cellie sniffle and nods. "I sorry daddy. Worry about you." Cellie whispers. Voldemort sighs. "I know princess. But that's no excuse not to sleep." Cellie sighs and nods. "Sorry daddy." She whispers. "It's alright princess. Now close your eyes. You must be exhausted." Cellie sighs and nod. "I is daddy." She yawns making Voldemort chuckle.

Cellie slowly closes her eyes and leans her head back into Voldemorts lap. Voldemort gently pulls the spelled blanket over Cellie and himself and feel Cellie smiles at the heat. Voldemort continues gently stroking cellies hair until he heard her breath start to slow until he was sure she was asleep.

"She's worried about you tom." Comes jabes tired voice. Voldemort sighs and rubs a few of his fingers over the back of jabes hand. "I know my love. But she has to rest." Jabe smiles slightly. "Like father like daughter. Sound familiar tom?" Voldemort gives a dry chuckle. "She's more like you then you know tom. She takes after you so much." Jabe sighs looking over at a sleeping Cellie. "But she's also takes after you as well my queen. She is a mix of both of us." Voldemort whispers softly. Jabe nods.

"I see my father in her to tom. He would love her so much." This suprises Voldemort. Jabes father had been one of his first death eaters and Voldemort had always assumed he had passed long ago. "No he's alive tom but he's sick. He won't let any of us help him. He's to stubborn." Jabe lets a few tears slip from her eyes.

"Your father was always a strong headed man. This doesn't suprise me." Voldemort sighs feeling jabes pain through the bond. "If he doesn't let me or Bella or even cissy help him, he's going to die. After mothers death, father was devastated. And I think a peice of him died with her. But none of us are ready to lose him. Draco isn't even ready. And Cellie. She hasn't even met him." Jabes tear choked voice tugs at Voldemort's heart.

Then an idea strikes him. "Why don't you take Cellie to meet him. She might be the only person capable of changing your fathers mind. Cygnus will want to be a part of cellies life. Family is important to him. It always has been." Jabes eyes widen. And as she mulls this over, Jabe realized Voldemort was right.

Cygnus had watched Draco grow up and he wasn't going to miss the chance of watching Cellie grow. Even if she was growing at a rapid pace. "That just might work tom but..." Jabe sighs. Voldemort knew she didn't want to leave him again.

" I'll be alright. Right now your father is more important." Jabe sighs and nods knowing that her bonded was right. And as much as she hated the thought of leaving Voldemort again she knew that if she didn't, her father would die. Jabe sighs and leans over, gently pressing a kiss to Voldemorts lips. "Thank you." Jabe mumbles. Voldemort smiles. "For you my love. Always." Voldemorts soft gentle tone whispers.

"How do you feel?" Jabe whispers pulling back some. Her fear of hurting her bonded while being intimate had lessened greatly but Jabe was still carful. She was never going to forgive herself if she hurt Voldemort. "Stronger. More rested." Voldemort whispers.

Jabe nods. " Good. Cissy is going to keep a well stocked supply of that potion on hand. If you drink it regularly, you should grow much stronger over time." Voldemort nods once more. Then a small smile forms on his face. "It tastes disgusting, like goblin piss." Jabe couldn't stop the loud laugh that escaped her. But once Cellie shifts she's quiets. "It's not supposed to taste good tom. But how bout this. When this is all over. I promise I'll make some my cooking that you loved so much." Voldemort laughs as well before whispering "you spoil me." "If I didn't, it would be a crime." Jabe repeats.

Voldemort chuckles. "Try and get some more rest tom. It's late." Jabe sighs. Voldemort nods and tightens his grip on jabes hand once more. Sensing what Voldemort wanted, Jabe smiles and gently presses her lips to his once more. "I've missed this the most. Being able to touch you. Kiss you. Just be near you. It's the small things that I missed about you through all those years." Jabe whispers. Voldemort smiles weakly. "I know my love." He whispers as Jabe gently pulls away.

"Get some rest tom." Jabe whispers once more before Voldemort slowly closes his eyes once more, falling asleep next to his family. With his daughters head in his lap and his love alseep next to him, Voldemort was happy.
