I immediately got out of my bed and went to my wardrobe. I couldn't find a decent fucking thing to wear. So, I finally decided on some black skinny jeans, old school Vans, and a Blink182 sleeveless tank top. Once I was changed, I went to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth, and then tried to fix my hair. I wanted to not look like I had just rolled out of bead for breakfast, mainly because I didn't want to look bad in front of Rachel.

After doing all that I checked to see what time it was. Holy shit it's 6:55, I better get going or I'll be late. As I was thinking about this I realized she lives right next door. I ran down the stairs trying not to wake anyone up. I found a piece of paper and wrote, "I am going to get breakfast and will try to be back before 8am, but I will probably end up exploring places all day." I grabbed my car keys and left the note on the table. I pulled my car closer to Rachel's house and walked to the door. She got their before I could knock. She opened up the door and in a low voice said, "Well hello there!" She pulled the same joke I had said to her yesterday, it was pretty good if I do say so my self.

"So, can I come in?" I smiled because the smell of food was starting to make me hungry. "You can as long as you brought an empty stomach. There is a lot of shit in here." She laughed as she looked at all the food on the table. "Well, it's good you made a lot, I'm fucking starving" We both laughed. She had made waffles, pancakes, sausage burger things, potato cakes, and eggs. Oh, she also had orange juice and apple juice! "So, what do you want to start with," she said handing me a big ass plate, and a glass for juice. "I think I will get some pancakes, a waffle, some eggs and juice, then I will probably get more after I'm done." I smiled at her, she could tell I was excited about the food. Or, maybe she could just tell I was really hungry. Either way, I smiled at her!

I got all the food I had wanted for now on my plate. We both sat at the table. All she had on her plate was a pancake, sausage and apple juice. "Are you not that hungry, you made all this food?" I was hoping she was just saving food for Aaron, but after everything her dad has done, you can only hope it's not the worst. She didn't convince me. "I'm not that hungry," she smiled and started eating her pancake, "and I'm saving some for Aaron to have when he gets home from work. He's always hungry when he gets home." "Shouldn't you want to eat more than that though. You made all this food, I wouldn't want you to put it to waste by not eating. I promise I'll leave some more for you." I made a sad face knowing that it isn't right for her not to eat. "I never eat a lot. I quit eating huge meals when I was like 10. Besides, junk food isn't healthy." She laughed. "Okay, whatever you say Rachel. How are you doing though? If you don't want to talk about it that's fine. I completely understand. Just thought talking would be a good thing, guess it isn't for everyone though." I smiled at her and stuck my tongue out at her to try and make her laugh. Laugh at the face I made is what she did. "I guess I'm feeling relieved, obviously I'm really sad that he is gone, but I don't miss anything he did to me." She realized what she has said and started to change the subject. "So, how was your first day in America. I'm sure it wasn't as cool as what other places in the U.S. are but it's probably a little more interesting than Australia." She smiled at me taking a sip of her juice. "Yes it was very different I can tell you that, but what were you saying about you Dad, everything he has-" "Oh don't worry just some stuff, we can talk about it later. It isn't that important." "Oh ok sorry yeah that's fine." We quickly went back to finishing our food.
