Looks like it will be August before that is up. Anyways, Enjoy and tell me what you think! I love to hear from yall and I read all the comments and messages sent to me! Yall like the new cover? I made it myself! :D

Rosie’s screams filled the entire house waking every wolf for a five block radius. “
Ethan! Ethan!”

Eyes black with his wolf waiting to attack anything threatening his mate Ethan raced down the stairs pulling Rosie to him immediately, eyes roaming the room for signs of danger. “What’s wrong Rosie? What’s wrong?”

Rosie cried into Ethan’s chest clutching the letter. “She left. She went home, and I don’t think she’s coming back.”

Ethan looked at Rosie confused before noticing the letter. Taking it from her gently he opened it to read. Josie, Miranda, Noah, and Jonah all were gathered and Ethan could already hear Hunter pulling into the driveway. Skimming the words once he had to go back and read it again not believing his eyes.

Dear Rosie,

I know you won’t be happy about this, but I have to leave.  I wish you the best of luck and love in your marriage to Ethan, and you have my blessing just as Mom and Dad would have given you theirs in an instant. There is a lot about me that I’ve kept a secret from you. These secrets are ones that will put you and the new life you have achieved in danger, and I can’t do that to you.

Everything I do is to protect you sis. These secrets of mine and Ella’s, they are ones we have long tried to keep from our families. I deeply regret having done so, but when they first came to play I was too young and afraid to reveal them. I should have told you, told anyone especially the police, years ago. Then maybe this problem would have been solved, and lives saved. Yet, now it is too late, and the only way to keep you safe is to stay away.

Don’t blame Ella if she returns from driving me home. I’m not sure if either of us will return, but if she does then please don’t push her to tell you our secrets. She thinks I plan to return for your wedding, but I’m afraid I don’t expect to return, not for a long time if ever.

Love Always Your Sister,

            Roxanne Marilyn Jinx

Ethan nearly dropped the letter in shock and handed it to Hunter whose eyes seemed to read it a hundred times before he dropped to one knee still staring at the words. “Your home burned down yesterday,” Hunter whispered making Rosie gasp.

“What? Why didn’t you tell us?”

“Because we knew Roxie had a secret,” Ethan said, “A dangerous one that we wanted to find out.”

Josie took the letter from Hunter reading it with Miranda, the men looking over their shoulders. Noah frowned and looked to his son. “Why didn’t you tell us about this Hunter?”

Hunter looked up at his father grim faced, “I don’t know. I thought it would work out.”

Noah sighed and pulled out his phone dialing and holding it up to his ear. “Jackson,” he said as he reached the manager of their business in Roxie’s town. “I need you to be on the lookout for Hunter’s mate, Roxanne Marilyn Jinx. She should be in town within the hour. With her will be Ella,” Noah waited for the rest of her name.
