Chapter 7

Levi's POV

We ended up all going back to my house so that we didn't get caught with alcohol at Eren's place. At this point, everyone but me is blackout drunk and it's 1:00 am. Mikasa is laying on the floor; rambling about random shit, Armin and Erwin are making out on the couch, Eren stripped off all of his clothes except his boxers and is dancing in the kitchen like an idiot, and Petra has been trying to get into my pants all night. I'm the only sober one so I had to bring this slob fest to an end. "Petra, meet me in the bedroom. Please go to sleep. Mikasa, get up and go to the guest room and sleep. Armin and Erwin, please stop making out and use the couch as a bed to sleep. Eren..." I look into the kitchen and Eren is holding his 8th beer up to his mouth, downing it quickly. He had already had A LOT of hard liquor shots as well. "Jesus christ Eren! Are you trying to die of alcohol poisoning?!?! I don't need you dying under my supervision!" I tore the bottle from his hands and he was drunk whining at me. He leaned down and placed his lips on mine gently. I started to kiss back but then I realized he was trying to grab the bottle back from me while I was distracted. I shoved him away and dumped what was left of the bottle in the sink. Eren walked up to me and grabbed the hem of my shirt, trying to tug it off. "So those are your true feelings Eren?" He giggled and hiccuped. Even though he is taller than me, I've almost always been stronger. I picked him up and laid him down in the rocking chair I was previously sitting in so he could sleep. I turned to go to my bedroom until I heard a small, slurred voice from behind me. "Levi? I'm cold." I looked at Eren who was staring at me cutely. I sighed and went to the closet by the front door, grabbing a sweatshirt of mine and covering him with it. Eren was apparently feeling talkative so I picked him up and sat down in the chair, Eren in my lap. "Levi? Aren't you starting a new year in university tomorrow?" He looked at me with a questioning look and i kissed him on his soft forehead. "Yeah. I'm going to be on campus as well. This house isn't mine anymore after tonight." Eren smiled and sat up facing me, his legs on either side of mine. How did this kid get so damn tall? He laid his head on my shoulder which reminded me of old times. "Levi? Thank you...for everything you've done for me..." I chucked and replied in a soothing voice, "No thank you Eren. For taking me in all those years ago. Not to mention, you've given me more love than I ever thought possible. I'm so happy I met you." Eren lifted his head off of my shoulder and looked me in the eyes for a few minutes before leaning in near my face and resting his head on mine. I pushed his head off and filled the space between us with a sweet kiss. It was sloppy because Eren was so drunk but it was sweet and I don't know why I'm with Petra when this kid is right here. I think he likes me. Or maybe he's just like this because he's drunk? I don't know but I love this kid. I stood up and put him back down on the chair where he instantly fell asleep. I smiled and kissed his cheek before walking to my room and laying down next to Petra who was passed out. Luckily, I don't have to deal with her begging for sex anymore. I just want tomorrow to come so I can move in to my dorm and help Eren move into his. We will be able to see each other more now that we will be on the same campus. What if we were put in the same dorm? Wishful thinking Levi. It's not very likely. Whatever. I slowly drifted to sleep with the image of Eren kissing me burned into my mind.

The Next Morning

Eren's POV

I woke up with a splitting headache of course. It's what to expect after a night of hard drinking. I looked at my surroundings and I see Armin and Erwin sleeping on the couch. Armin is laying on Erwin's chest and Erwin's hand is up Armin's shirt back. I snickered and snapped a picture. I stretched out my sore muscles and stood up, what was covering me slipped off of my body and onto the floor. I picked up the soft fabric and realized what it was. Levi's sweater. I smiled at the thought of Levi laying his sweater down on my shivering body. I decided I would wear the sweatshirt because it was still a little cold in the house, though it's summer. Levi has always liked the cold. I think it reminds him of his mom. I walked around the house for a while, looking at the mess we created last night. Luckily, I'm the only one awake because if Levi saw this, he would be whipping us like slaves until it was clean . I started picking up the house a little so no one else had to. As I cleaned, I hummed a small tune to myself. Time flew by and before I knew it, it had been 2 hours since I had started cleaning. I was done with everything but the dishes so I started to wash those up too. I went to set a plate down on the towel that was covering the counter when a pair of small arms snaked around my waist. I turned around and saw a sleepy-looking Levi staring at me with dark steal eyes. "Morning Levi!" He released my waist and walked over to the fridge, pulling out some milk. "Morning brat." I grabbed the cereal from the top cabinet and handed it to Levi. When our hands brushed, I blushed but Levi didn't seem to notice at all. Next thing I knew, all of the dishes were dirtied again when everyone woke up and ate breakfast. Petra was glaring at me the whole time she ate. I'm guessing it was because I'm wearing Levi's hoodie. I smirked at her and walked out to the living room, turning on the TV and sitting down in Levi's favorite rocking chair. After a while, Petra had gone to get dressed, Armin and Erwin were sitting on the couch together, Mikasa was re-cleaning all of the dishes, and Levi was...where is Levi? I got off of the chair just to be pushed back down by Levi who sat on my lap and began watching the TV like he didn't just forcibly sit on my lap. I remembered that he was very ticklish in his sides so I began lightly touching his sides until he squirmed off my lap. "Eren! What the hell!" I laughed at his angry face and sighed at him. "I don't want Petra to hate me more than she already does." He rolled his eyes at me like what I said was the stupidest thing he'd ever heard. "Fuck Petra. Since when do you care what she thinks of you? Now come on. Lets pack the car and get to the University." I must admit, Levi did have a good point. I don't care about her. Everyone got up and helped move things around for the new house owners. Levi is leaving most of his things behind because the college provides a lot. We finish up with packing and we start off back to my house so I can pack. After some sad goodbyes and see you soons, Mikasa drove her car, I drove mine, Armin and Erwin had their own, and Levi and Petra went together.

Arrival at Sina University

Eren POV

Me and all of my friends went over to the pinboard at the front of the school to see the dorm mate lists. Mikasa and her friend Annie were roomed together, Armin and Erwin ;) , and...where is my name? Oh! There it is! I'm with.... I gasped and jumped for joy when I saw who I was rooming with. "OMG LEVI!!! WE GOT SO LUCKY!!! GUESS WHO'S ROOMING TOGETHER?!?!?!" Levi came over and gave me a side smile, showing he already knew what I meant. "Us i'm guessing?" I smiled and hugged him tightly as he just stood awkwardly. "Eren, lets go unpack our things." I nod and jump on Levi's shoulders and because i'm taller than him, my feet almost dragged on the ground. We walked at a steady pace over to Levi's car since he took everyones stuff in his car; It being a soccer mom van and all, it had plenty of room. He even brought along his favorite chair. We reached his car and, to really no surprise, caught Petra making out with Levi's ex best friend, Harvey. Nicknamed Tree. (Petra x Tree XD) Levi wasn't surprised but was still fuming. "Petra Guri Ral! What the hell you whore! And you Harvey!" I tried to contain Levi but he broke out of my hold and bolted at Harvey, hands tightly held in fists. He lifted his right hand and slammed it with the force of a truck right into Tree's face. He followed up that punch with a left fist right to Tree's stomach. Petra was standing there, paralyzed, with fear in her eyes. Levi gripped Tree's shirt and threw him to the curb and yelled some swears at Petra and yelled 'We are so over you slut' before she stormed off without a second thought. Levi turned to me with the hate still behind his eyes. I ran up to him a kneeled in front of him so our faces were close. He looked as if he were about to cry. He set his head in the crook of my neck and I gently rubbed his back and pet his hair. He whispered something just over a whisper. "Eren? Is it bad that I'm happy that me and her are done? I...my feelings started to fade...Wanna know the weirdest thing?" I lightly pushed him off of me and stood up, Levi grabbing my arm as we walked toward our new dorm arrangement. "What's the weird thing Levi?" I looked down at him and a soft blush peppered across his usually pale cheeks. "It all happened after I kissed you yesterday..." I leaned down and squeezed Levi in my long, tan arms. He grabbed my face and looked into my eyes. He was back to having a straight face with dark, steel grey eyes. He pushed his lips against mine a little harshly but full of love. I kissed back and the kissed broke after a few seconds; us both blushing quite hard. Levi grabbed my arm again and we continued walking but in silence this time. It wasn't awkward though. It was...comfortable. Time flies when you are with the one you love apparently because in no time, we were back at our new dorm. We walk in and immediately turn on the AC and sit in the living room, Levi on his favorite chair and me on the dorm room couch across from him. We sat in silence for a few minutes until a deep voice broke the silence. "Eren...I..." Levi didn't finish his sentence. Instead he just stood up and walked over to the couch, kneeling in front of me; taking my hands. He looked at our hands then looked me in the eyes. "Levi...I think I-I'm still...In love with you..." I closed my eyes tight and awaited a response. Instead of words in response, I first got a low chuckle and a kiss on the forehead. "I love you to Eren. Take me back? After 6 years?" I giggled loudly in excitement and tackled Levi to the ground, kissing him all over his face. He sat us up and kissed me passionately before standing and offering a hand to help me off the ground. "By the way, if you couldn't tell, my answer is yes. I'll date you again. Now don't tell people your single this time. Tell them you have the best, most handsomest boyfriend ever." Levi gave me a cocky side smile and said, "Obviously because it's true. I'm gonna show you off to the world." We decided it was time to go tell all of our friends.
