After weeks of procrastination, I finally allow myself to get a new car. It is about time I get a new car and not getting rides from friends or flagging cabs.

I picked up my phone and dialled Aden while cooking salmon. He picked up in two rings, "Abel, what do you need?"

"I need your expertise on cars," I answered, flipping my salmon, "It's time to get a new car and I thought you will have good car deals and stuff,"

"Do you need me to go with you?" Aden asked and I heard him talking to his PA about scheduling. I love my brother but I know he extremely busy. I smiled, "Nah, just send me the details and I will go myself."

"Don't you want to spend time with your good ol' brother?" Aden teased and I heard his PA said he is having meeting all day. Aden sighed and I said, "Looks like someone can't get out of work. Just send me the damn deals, will you?"

"Aye," He said, "I will get Stew to send the details and potential cars for you." Translation: A bulletproof SUV. I winced at the thought of driving a SUV.

"Thank you; see you on the dressing day?"

"I'll be there. Sierra will have my head on a chopping board if I skip the dressing day," Aden said, sighing in defeat. The moment I hang up Aden's call, Stew send the deals and below it said: Tell them your last name and you will get discounts and probably a loyalty card ;)

.....

I am looking at Maserati GranTurismo while the promoter - Ben yapping about its spec and features non-stop. It started when I told them my last name - Thank you Stew for that.

Everyone literally jumped out of their seats, fighting to serve me. Ben was the first one who stood in my face, too freaking close that I have no choice but picked him instead.

I was sitting in the driver seat, when I heard him, "Good choice."

Daxton was standing there, his hands in his jeans pocket and behind him is a female promoter, pushing her boobs while she talk to Daxton.

It's been days since I saw him and I tried to avoid Daxton when I'm in M-Land. Frankly speaking, seeing him standing in front of me, made me realised that I missed him.

I cleared my throat, getting out the car with Ben still yapping, "With the specs, we can see..." Before he finished his sentence, Daxton winced and looked at Ben, "Hey, you. Can you give us some space here? And bring Barbie with you please. I think we can manage just fine,"

"But-" Ben tried to argue but Daxton shot him a look and Ben cleared his throat, "Yeah, sure. If you need any..."

"We will call for you if we need any help, Ben," Daxton gave Ben a smile and turned back to me. I watched Ben and Barbie whispering to each other, glancing at us as they walk back to their counter.

"I've been trying to get rid of him ever since I stepped in," I let out a relief sigh after hearing silence without Ben telling me every single thing I see or touched.

"Let me guess, you told them your last name," Daxton flashed me a smirk. I shrugged, "Aden told me to use my last name for discount."

"The power of last name eh?" Daxton said and the two of us are still standing in front of the GranTurismo. Gauging at his sheepish smile, I know for sure it's no coincidence that Daxton came to the same place as me. So I asked, "Why are you here?"

He sighed, "Alright, you got me. You've been avoiding me. When I called to your office today, Mel told me that you are going to get a new car. I know Wilder is famous getting cars here, so I tried my luck."
