IN A DESPERATE bid to save the city from certain doom, Crux's Project ORDER was born, and with it, three remarkable children.
They were going to save the world - until one of them turned against Crux and became the greatest thief in all of Semper City.
Four years later, when the city's greatest superheroes turn up, desperate, on Narcissa Corvus's doorstep, heroes and villains are forced to form an uneasy alliance to protect Semper City from a threat that will tear it apart from the inside out.
