"Hey, Danny." You said getting let down by Paul.
Paul put his hand around your waist and whispered, "Do you want me to leave?"
You shook your head and looked down not wanting to look at Danny.
"Uh, Kyrn?"
"Yeah?"
"Can we please talk?"
You looked up at Danny and Paul let go of your waist letting you walk off with Danny.
He walked you up to his room and closed the door.
"What'd you want to talk about?" You asked sitting on the edge of his bed.
"Us."
"Why?"
"Cuz I don't want to lose you."
"Aww Danny. I bet you just were caught up in the moment." You said.
He scratched the back of his neck and kinda chuckled.
"You weren't in the moment were you?"
"Not really. I do like you but I just didn't want to tell you cuz didn't want to lose you. And the other day when I told you, I just decided to lose everything. I lost my girlfriend and my best friend." He said and looked down.
"Danny look at me please." You lifted up his chin and looked into his light blue eyes. "You haven't lost me. And I don't think you ever will."
He smiled at you and grabbed you by the waist. He pulled you into a tight hug and you hugged him back.
"Danny,"
"Yes?"
"Don't let me go."
