I woke Eve up after getting dressed and started getting cereal ready.Eve came downstairs in a long green dress with her hair done oddly. She had eyeliner on and red lipstick. Of course!
Just as we finished eating the phone rang. I picked it up.
"Hello?"
"Hey, sweets!"
"PAPA!"
"Agnes! How's Eve?"
"Same as always. Ready to leave me out of her life."
"Aw, sweets, don't worry. I'm sure she just needs comfort."
"Alright, Papa."
"Lemme talk to Eve for a minute."
"Okay Papa."
Now her and Papa
"Hi Papa."
"Hey Champ!!"
"Stop it with that dumb nickname."
"Sorry. How's it going?"
"FINE! Why?!!"
"I dunno just asking. Well good luck at school Champ."Then Eve hung up and sat on the couch.
"Time to go." I told Eve. We went to school.
