Feeding grounds

Johnson's POV
I needed to feed tonight but i was not all that hungry. The only hunger i felt is the hungry need and desire i have for her.
I went to the feeding grounds anyways because i know if i want her and want to protect her i need every bit of strength i can get. The rebels arent too far away. They will get to her if i do not protect her. I plan on going to her house tonight to stay with her and make sure she is safe. I hope i can contain myself.
When im around her i go crazy inside. What is it about her and her blood that drive me crazy?
She is perfect. Her piercing green eyes and her perfect hair that flows with every movement, they drive me crazy with need. I have never felt this way before. Im not allowed to feel this way. My job is to protect her but it is too hard not to love her while i do.
I slowed down my car and stopped at the opposite side of the forest that is a miles from my house. I parked it beside the road on a street right outside the town. I walked through the isolated feild to talk my boss Liam in the big building made of steel. We all meet here during most nights when everyone is asleep.
I stopped. I heard a stick break and rustling in the woods behind me near my car.
I smelt it instantly.
Blood.
Her blood.
Why is she here? She could get hurt. I ran back to my car quickly before she came any closer. They can't smell her. They'll attack before asking who she is.
I grabbed her up out if the bushes quickly and asked
"what the hell do you think you're doing here!? Are you trying to get yourself killed!?"
She looked at me with an irritating blank stare.
"im fine i needed answers so i followed you to make sure i get some" she said confidently.
"ok well you're about to get your answers. You need to be more careful your bleeding." i said and got into the car. I opened the passenger side door up and pulled her in to sit down so no one would see her from the building.
I could not stop thinking about the blood dripping down her arm. I stared at it.

I wanted her so badly but i had to snap out of it.
I wrapped a piece of old cloth from my spare t-shirt i had laying in the backseat.
"where are we" she asked
"well i am at a meeting for the feeding grounds and you need to leave" i said sternly.
She scoffed and rolled her eyes when she replied
"no i am not leaving i am going inside with you and you are going to give me answers"
I thought about it for a moment and realized it would not be safe for her to go back into the woods or to go home. They will be hunting soon. I guess ill have to bring her with me but i need to make sure she doesn't smell too good or too human anyways.
"fine you can go but you need to do some stuff first" i said.
She looked at me with a puzzled look and asked"what do i need to do? "
I told her to put my black leather jacket on and make sure her hair covers her neck. Then i looked at her and said "you also need to give me a hug and stay close to me at all times and i mean absolutely positively no farther than a few inches. "
She didnt understand but she obeyed. I gave her a hug to put more of my scent onto her and because i just wanted to hug her. I did not wanna let go. I wanted to hold her closer. The hug lasted a few minutes long and we broke from our trance. We got out of the car and headed towards the big isolated building.
