Corrupted Timelines

Do you know the result of missing codes? The main aspects that make the "game" work for people. Well, I found out too late in my game that is.

My life wasn't the splendid one that anyone can guess, especially when it includes a genocidal human that kills everyone else besides yourself. I had to live with the guilt in knowing that the human will kill all those you love, and I couldn't prevent it at all. This left me to detached with the society that I lived in. I no longer went to Grillby's, I stopped drinking Ketchup, I stopped helping Paps out with the puzzles, I even stopped believing that the human will change. Hell, I even stopped being lazy and my constant pun telling in order for something to change in my world.

Nothing would ever work. Monsters around noticed my change in nature, even Paps whose oblivious to everything that gets thrown at him. Even Undyne found it strange that I stopped my laziness one timeline.

I woke up in the same clean room that I had cleaned. The Human reseted for what would be the thirty-second time. How do I know? I remember every timeline that they haven't killed me, and my journal always recorded each and every different timeline that has happened after the second one. None of them mentioned my death.

I shifted the blankets off of me, folding them neatly and placing down at the foot of my bed. It was still the illuminated Snowdin that I lived in, but I could see the dust flowing in the air outside. It was that time once again. I sighed as I walked out of my room, heading down the stairs, briefly looking at the classic clock that hung above the couch: 6:38. I let a small sigh escape between my teeth.

Paps had less than thirty seconds to live.

I exited the house, locking the door behind me, making sure that the Human cannot get in there.

I slowly started walking back to Waterfall, knowing that Paps would die.

15...

I saw the two figures, the red scarf clashing with the blizzard that blew in the Underground, giving the Human his infamous speech how he believed that the human can change.

Ten...

Papyrus opened his arms wide, hoping to embrace the human...

Nine...

The Human cracked their knuckles, wearing the orange gloves on each hand...

Five...

The Human took a step forward towards my brother...

Four...

Another step...

Three...

They started their dash towards him...
