Plot Summary: Ten year old, Ash Ketchum finally gets his first Pokemon. The starter Pokémons were Squirtle, Charmander and Bulbasaur. However, since Ash has woken up late he doesn't get any of the Pokémon starters. But ends up getting Pikachu from Professor Oak. After receiving his Pokémon, Ash goes on his journey to become a Pokémon Master, but things got rough as Pikachu refuses to go into the Pokéball and attacks Ash with it's electric powers as defence.
Suggestions: I suggest this anime for starters because Pokémon shows a relatable character who goes through challenges to become the best, through friendships and battles. It includes action, Adventures and fantasy for those who enjoy those genres the most. It's a popular anime that most people may know and shows how the character Ash developing new skilled and friendships along his journey. I recommend this anime for ten and over because this is a family type of anime that everyone can enjoy.
