I woke up the next morning feeling good. Like I actually got some sleep.
My parents left a note saying that they had gone down to the beach to relax. I thought about going down to join them but I decided to let them have an afternoon alone.
While they were out, I got ready and went down to the pool. When I got there, there were many people there.
I found an empty chair to put my stuff down. I walked over to the hot tub and got in. I leaned my head back and closed my eyes briefly. After a few minutes, I got out and layed down on the chair. I put my headphones in and shut my eyes. I must have fallen asleep because someone was shaking me awake.
"The pool is closing." A woman in a shirt with the hotel logo on it, said softly.
"Oh ok. thanks."
I got up slowly, put my shorts and shirt on, grabbed my stuff and went back up to the room.
"Hey where have you been all day?" my mom asked light-heartedly.
"I went to the pool this morning and I guess I fell asleep." I said back chuckling.
"Ok. well it's late. you should go to bed." She said.
"Ok good night mom. good night dad." I said acknologing my dad who was sitting on the couch watching a show.
I went to my room where I was sleeping which contained 2 twin beds and a tv, dresser and a bunch of other hotel stuff. I put on my pajamas and got ready for bed. After that, I climbed into bed and fell asleep.
