A few days have passed. Those days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months. It was finally the day their first album would be released. BTS burned with excitement and nervousness waiting for the manager's call.

*RI-*, the phone didn't get to ring even once because Namjoon immediately picked up.

"Hello?"

"Boys, It's done and released.", the manager couldn't be heard anymore because of the cheers and screams of joy that have erupted in the BTS dorm. Namjoon signaled the boys to calm down and listen. "Because of your hard work you get the weekend off before the mini-vacation to visit your parents.", and with that everyone went wild. Bangtan were used to the hard life as trainees, but with the extra stress of debuting everyone's morals went down in the past weeks. They were always so busy, the only free time they had was spent chatting or rehearsing to reach perfection. Jungkook spent most of his free time playing video games with Taehyung which caused the two to grow really close. Jungkook knew that probably everyone wanted to spend this free weekend resting, he did too, but he thought it would be better to spend it wisely. Since Jungkook learned that all the members were just as childish and silly as him, even grumpy grandpa Min Yoongi, he wasn't scared to speak his mind anymore. They really did become a family in such a short time.

"Guys!", everyone stopped yelling, their attention fully on the maknae. "We should go to the amusement park.", Jungkook looked unsure, expecting everyone to decline his offer.

"That's a really good idea, Kookie!", Taehyung laughed and back-hugged the younger boy. Another thing Jungkook learned about Taehyung: he wasn't just a weird alien, he was really touchy and loved cuddling. Not that Jungkook was complaining.

Jungkook looked in disbelief as everyone agreed to his idea, even Yoongi who hates people.

"I'm driving.", Jin grabbed the car keys and led the way.

Once at the amusement park, they went on each ride, checked out each shop and spoilt themselves with delicious snacks and cute souvenirs.

"Let's go on that one!", Taehyung pulled Jimin's arm and pointed at the biggest roller coaster like a child.

"No way I'm going on that thing!", Jimin pulled away from Tae's grip and looked up at the ride in horror.

"I think none of us should go. It doesn't look safe", protective mama Jin made his appearance.

"I'm going.", Namjoon and Yoongi said at once, trying to sound calm and manly.

"But I still need a ride partner", Taehyung pouted cutely.

"Don't look at me, man. There's no way I'm going on that monster.", Jhope was fast to chicken out and raise his hands in defence.

"Kookieee-", Taehyung turned his pleading puppy dog eyes to Jungkook and clung onto his arm. Jungkook was beyond scared of going on that roller coaster, but the way his nickname rolled on Taehyun's tongue, he just couldn't bring himself to refuse the adorable boy.

"Okay, I'll go", Jungkook sighed and closed his eyes in attempt to erase his fear.

"Yaay!", Tae cheered and dragged him to the ride. Jungkook let himself smile at the older's cute acts. People watching them might even believe Jungkook was older.

"This is going to be fun.", Taehyung smiled widely while being strapped to the chair.

*Ring. Ring. Ring*

A bell went off and at that moment their eyes met, widening as far as possible, their expressions of pure shock as the memory of their first encounter came back. The boys were so caught up in the moment, they didn't even realize the ride slowly starting to go up. When their stomachs felt like rising into their throats they finally broke eye contact. The ride was going down and it was going very fast, the moment they just shared seconds ago seeming to have stayed back because of the inertia.

"Yeee!", Taehyung yelled and laughed trying to ignore what happened. Jungkook was too terrified to contemplate on any of it. He instinctively grabbed onto the older boy's hand, unable to make a sound. Taehyung noticed the youngers petrified form and squeezed his hand reassuringly, which calmed Jungkook a little.

"Never. Again.", once back on the ground Jungkook latched onto Jin like a little cub searching the protection of its mother.

"I told you not to ride that. Let's go home, I'll make you hot chocolate.", Jin rubbed the younger's back, guiding him out of the park. Jimin and Jhope laughed their asses of, while Taehyung sat in the back feeling guilty.

"Yah! You idiots stop laughing! At least he had the courage to go up on that thing, unlike you two who were pissing your pants by just looking at the ride!", Yoongi snapped at the youngsters causing the to instantly shut up and apologize.

The car ride was extremely silent. Jin was concentrated on the road, occasionally engaging in small conversations with Namjoon. Jhope and Jimin were sharing a pair of headphones. Yoongi was fast asleep. Taehyung was intensly staring at his lap feeling bad for dragging Jungkook along. He clearly didn't want to go, but Tae just had to push his limits. It was his fault Jungkook was looking scared even now. At the same time, he kept thinking about the ringing bell. The stress and hard work they've been buried in made him completely forget about the soulmate thing. He knew the bell was from the ride announcing to start, but Jungkook's expression at the hearing of it made him question everything. Did Jungkook hear the bell when they first met too? Or was it just because he was scared of the ride starting? These questions along with the guilt made Tae go crazy, but remembering the warm feeling of Jungkook's smaller hand into his own made him smile a little. Taehyung convinced himself it was because Jungkook was like his little brother. Yeah, that must've been it.

Jungkook was too traumatized to think.

Later at night, Jungkook couldn't sleep. Now that his mind was clear from the fear he could finally process the events of that day. How silly his thoughts were. It was just the bell announcing the start of the roller coaster. Yet, why was Taehyung looking so shocked? His contemplating session was cut short by the sound of his door opening and colsing. Jungkook looked up from his nest of pillows only to see a sleepy and pouty Taehyung holding a pillow tight.

"Jungkookie-", Taheyung whined and sat on his bed. His guilt towards his best friend deprived him from sleep. "I'm sorry.", he cuddled into the younger's side. This wasn't anything new. As a best friend Taehyung liked to offer unconditional love. But this time it felt different. The way Jungkook could feel Tae's hot breath on his neck, how his arms hanged loosely around his small waist and the small whines that escaped the older's mouth from sleepiness caused Jungkook to shiver. He never acknowledged before how war Taehyung's body felt against his.

"H-hyung", Jungkook whispered checking if his friend was aslpeep.

"Yes, Kookie?", he answered in a hoarse voice, being on the verge of falling into slumber.

"You should go back to your room.", Jungkook gulped nervously.

"Whyyy?", Tae whined again like a child.

"I want to be alone right now. Sorry."

"Oh, ok.", he threw a cute pout and left the room disappointed. Once he was gone Jungkook placed a hand on his chest and took a deep breath.

'Why is this stupid heart beating so fast?'

I know it's been a long time, but this chapter is finally out. I love writing this, but I'm so god damn lazy, sorry. There are going to be some big ass time skips because I just want to get tothe good stuff and I don't want this to be long and boring, so I hope you don't mind(plus I don't want stuff to happen between them when they are still so young. It feels rushed to me). As always, please tell me how I could improve my writing. I would love to hear your opinion ^.^
