"Lo-oogan??" I said. I was standing shocked at what I was seeing.

"Baby I'm sorry" he said

"Sorry??? In my fucking dorm room?" I screamed.

"Why the fuck are you apologizing for you said you would leave this bitch 6 months ago." The bitch he was talking to in the hall said.

"Six months ago Logan? You guys been fucking for six months now??" I said with tears in my eyes.

"Not just fucking in a relationship." He said

"Logan, I think its best if you go." Sapphire said with anger

"C'mon Savannah." He said taking her hands.

"Oh your not going anywhere" I pushed him in the chest with a finger.

"Get off him!" The bitch said

"Lil special looking ass nerd face bitch if you don't get your ass out and go solve an equation or sumn" Sapphire said grabbed her by the throat and flung her out.

"Now as for you, how could you?" I said with tears in my eyes.

"Violet you have no filter, and the rough sex and vulgar behavior is not my style anymore, Savannah is the opposite she's so patient and caring."

"5 years down for you, never cheat never lied to you and your just knowing I'm not your fucking style??" I grew angry

"You were always my flame but, but not now Savannah showed me what I really liked I mean love and that's not and will never be you." He said and I felt a dagger to my heart as I watched him walk out.

"Baby come here, I'm so sorry" Sapphire came hugging me crying. We sat there crying together for about half an hour.

"He doesn't deserve you Vi, you are nothing but real and having no filter shows how bold you are and everyone knows that's just you, you don't hide your personality from no one and some people can't handle that but that's what made me love you and will always." Sapphire poured out.

"Thanks sapph but I really need to be alone right now." I said

I left out of Vi's dorm, that was some real fucked up shit, Logan? Of all people? Their relationship had its up and downs like all rships but not to the point it was totally dismantled, the shit that violet has done for that boy and to be that ungrateful is a sin and I totally feel it for her because I know how it feels. I stood at the bus stop deep in my thoughts when a black koenigsegg CCX pulled up to my feet and the window wined down with Mr.Jackass looking at me,

"Are you coming or not?" He asked

"Nah I rather wait on the bus." I said

"Get in the car Sapphire and stop being stubborn for once." He said.

I listened for once and went in, for half the ride I was quiet until he broke the silence.

"Did u get a class to transfer to?" He asked

"They were full I knew that just didn't want to stay in the same air as you." I said

"Do I intimidate you that easy?" He asked touching me and I held my breathe.

"You don't, can I just sit here quietly before heading to work?" I asked

He pulled the car over and stopped it.

"Tell me what's wrong?" He said turning to me.

"Its just some things going on with Violet and what your Mom and I talked about." I said before sighing

"I'm sorry about your parents Sapphire. How did they die?" He asked

"My dad tortured and killed my mother and then burnt down the house with himself in it." I said choking back tears.

"Oh my god Sapphire I'm so sorry i- i- I'm so sorry how I screamed at you the other night." He said with tears in his eyes and turning red.

"Its ok." I said

I don't know what came over me but I landed across the seat kissing him, sucking on his tongue so passionately. A moan escaped my lips against his and he dropped his seat back dragging me over his lap, I straddled his legs and kissed him even deeper. I stopped and got a hold of myself going back over my seat and fixing my dress.

"I- I- " I said

"Its OK, let's get home." He said and pulled off as we drove in silence.

I placed my uniform on and started cleaning from the kitchen, this gonna take a long time because this house had 50 rooms 10 on each floor, they needed more than one maid for this job. I listened to my iPod and sung as I cleaned. I was on my sixth room and was already tired, then I went to enter my seventh when i noticed Jackson sitting in the dining area with alot of papers on the table and his head in his hands.

"Mr.Jackson what's wrong?" I asked

"My name is Elijah and I am just stressed out about this divorce paper thing." I said.

"Your mom was telling me about that, I told her I could help you because maybe your attorney ain't giving you all the options." I said.

"I'm listening." He said

"Have you tried to file for a no-fault divorce?" I asked

"No what is that?" He asked

"More spouses are likely to sign to this as you aren't putting the blame on anyone A no fault divorce refers to a type of divorce in which the spouse that is filing for divorce does not have to prove any fault on the part of the other spouse. A spouse cannot object to another's petition for no fault divorce, as that objection itself is viewed by the court as an irreconcilable difference. All states recognize no fault divorces, but some states require that the spouses live separately for a designate period of time before either of them can file for a divorce. " I said

"So your saying if she tries to say its because this or that it will be seen as us having differences." He said more than ask

"Yup but it does have its pros and cons." I said

"Ok what other option do I have?" He asked

"There are a lot of options but for your wife that wants to stay married for financial reasons your best option would be to go to trial.  A judge will divorce you. Period. Of course, going all the way through a trial is expensive and time consuming.  It also makes for a very ugly, contentious divorce. But, presenting your case to a judge will get you divorced." I said

"The bottom line is this. If you want to get divorced, your spouse can make it take longer. Your spouse can make it cost more.  But, your spouse can’t stop you." I continued.

"What makes it better is if you made all the conditions on paper about what your giving or not and you go to trial the judge can rule in the favor of your terms and conditions and your spouse can't do anything about it because they don't have any." I said finishing

"Wow, how do you know all this?" He asked impressed

"I studied law until my parents died I couldn't afford it, so I differed to your boring class." I said and we both chuckled

"Hey, thanks so much this has helped alot." He said

"Your welcome," I said as we sat staring into each others eyes.

I cleared my throat and got up to head back to work

"By the way Sapphire you would of made a great lawyer." He said and I smiled walking away.
