"You don't look pregnant." Elijah said

"I'm one month that's six weeks I'm not gonna show yet and my family doesn't carry big tummy." I said

"Eli? What's going on?" A bitch asked in a robe

"I'm pregnant that's what's going on." I said with a fake smile

"Who the fuck is this Elijah and why she calling u Eli?" I continued and looked at him like he's crazy.

"We are divorced Jasmine I don't need to explain nothing to you." He said

"Well now I'm your baby mother let me in." I barged pass

I saw a blanket on the carpet with water and chips and the place smelt like sex.

"Wow, your having sex with her after you had sex with me about a month ago?" I said folding my arms.

"I thought she was just a class project that you carried to class" the bitch said

"I didn't mean too, she seduced me and she sucked my dick unexpectedly, I'm sorry Sapphire." He ran over to her.

"Save it, Oh! Congratulations." She said walking off.

"Now babyyyyyy let's focus on us." I said walking over to him trying to hug him.

"Look! Don't touch me! You might be carrying my child but there is no "us" nor "we" OK now get the fuck out until I pick you up to go to the doctor tomorrow. " he said pushing me off and walking me to the door.

I don't know that bitch is but she's gonna get what's coming. I ran my background check on her but something stood out the most.

I was beyond tired of crying and I definitely wasn't gonna cry over no man and his mistake. I went to bed and ignored the knocks on my door.

I woke up next morning and did my hygiene, awhile after i got a call, I answered and it was Violet's lawyer.

"Good morning I'm Mr.Jefferson, Violet Browns' lawyer, Is this Sapphire Nelson?" He asked

"Yeah? What is this about?" I asked

"Well Violet has left her Jaguar to you and I'd like to meet up with you to sign some papers and hand over the car to you."

"OK, just tell me the date."

"Is this evening 5:30pm ok?"

"Yeah that's fine."

"Ok I'll text you the address, see you then Ms.Nelson"

He hung up and I went downstairs to do my duties so that I could leave early. By 4:30pm I was finished and waiting on the uber.

"Where are you going?" Elijah asked.

"Don't question me, we may be fucking but don't get it twisted, you're nothing to me." I said before scrolling through my Instagram.

"So we're just fucking now? You don't want nothing more? I am your first." He said

"And if I didn't want you to be my first you wouldn't be, I saw something in you Elijah but i guess I was wrong because since that happened I get nothing but hurt Elijah and between you and your drama I get nothing but pain and minutes of happiness. Is there nothing good for me? Is this how my life supposed to be?" I said with tears streaming down,

I didn't want to cry but I held it in so much I was about to burst, i try my best to be strong but how much can a human take?

As he was about to speak the uber came, I wiped my tears and head to my destination, I could always drive but I didn't have the money to afford a car I was grateful for this and I felt like Violet was still here for me trying to make me happy and I'm trying my best to live for her because I still have guilt about not being there for her. I arrived half hour later and saw Violet's mother in the boardroom, I entered and embraced her so tightly we both started crying before the lawyer came in and gave us a box of tissue each and we laughed looking at each other crying.
