Sasha's POV

I groan as my alarm blares in my ears, causing an immediate headache. I quickly turn it off and push myself off the bed. I swing my legs over the side and stretch my arms, lodging my hands in my super curly chocolate brown hair. I can hear my 2 younger brothers chasing each other screaming like they own the place. My mom knocks on my door before cracking it and poking her head through. A smile appears on her face when she sees I'm awake

"Well good morning sleeping beauty, get up and get dressed. Don't wanna be late for school" She giggles

I let out a sigh as I get off my very comfortable and tempting bed, missing it's warmth already. I grab a purple crop top and denim jeans before walking into my bathroom and taking a shower. Once finished I quickly step out of the hot shower, cold air hitting me like a brick causing my teeth the chatter.

'Why is it always so damn cold in this house' I thought as I slipped into my shirt and jeans.

I brush out my hair not really caring to style it or to put on any make up, since I rarely wear any of that stuff anyway. Don't get me wrong it comes in handy at times but, others it's just plain annoying.

I grab my bookbag, slip on my black vans. Grabbing my phone on my way out of my room, it buzzing nonstop in my hand. It gets annoying sometimes to be in a group texts, especially with my friends who just love to blow my phone with fangirling text and such. I quickly make a dash for the front door but am stopped by my other mom calling my name. Yep! That's right my mom's a lesbo. She's not really my mom more or less. Shes actually my REAL mom's girlfriend but whatever. I still love them

"Make sure you make a good impression and try to be nice" She tells me with my little brother, Bray clung to her leg.

"Only if there not a bunch of annoying idiots. Bye!" I shout as a rush out the door to my car. Hopefully I wont be too late.

--- Time skip to at school ---

I pull up to the school and am immediately assaulted by one of my best friends, M'kaela.

"Finally you get here, Melody's been driving everyone crazy. She won't shut up about the new kid that'll be going here" She informs me.

I simply nod and get out of my car following her inside to the cafeteria. We spot our pretty odd friend group which consists of Amabel, the motherly type. Melody, the childlike loud mouth thats extra af. Cadi , the kinda chill one. M'kaela, the sister and smartest one. Then there's me, just plain old me.

We sit down and start talking about each other's summers and stuff, I don't pay attention that much instead I stare outside at the trees. A few minutes later I realized that our usually chatty group shut up for once. I was about to make a sarcastic remark before I saw what they were all staring at. I couldn't help but stare as well
