Once upon a time, Daniel described his brother as an asshole.
And he was right.
Charles Jae Won Bae, a.k.a. Charles Bay has always been and will always be an asshole. If he is marrying the french woman Coco Delude, it is only because she is rich. If she has power over him, it is only beacause she knows how to control people, especially men. If they think they can live together, it is only because they are both assholes. It's that simple.
Both groom and bride know they will not be faithful to one another. If they are are marrying, it is because he needs her power and wealth for his future politician carreer and she needs the world to think she can be truthful to only one man, and for that, she needs to marry. Charlie is a good choice, since she does not have to stay truthful to him. It's a win-win situation for everyone.
And so, Charlie's destiny has been fulfilled- that is, if you believe in destiny. Charlie does, and he will once again have everything he has ever wished for.
Once upon a time, Daniel is was right. But not this time, because he will not like Coco. He will despise her even more than he despises Charlie. Well, almost.
