I am waltzing down the hallways of Riverdale High with T just discussing our plans for the night when she stops at a door and says
" ok you know I love you but I have to take your brother to interview my grandpa for some project he has"
" Ok I'll see you later though right?" I ask as she's walking away

" Oh of course, ok bye love you"
" Love you to!" I yell so she can hear in the other room and continue to walk down the hallway and peak into Sweet Pea's class seeing him doodling down on his paper I lightly tap on the window of the door to catch his attention, he looks up confused at first but finds its me and smiles putting up one finger mouthing 'one minute'. I wait a little longer until the bell rings and the kids come plying out of class rooms including him he walks over to me picking me up throwing over his shoulder walking over to him locker and I just squeal in response to these actions he finally sets me down once we reach his locker and he pushes me against the cold blue medal and leans down kissing me through a smile
" Hello" he says leaning away starting to put his combination in
" Hi, I missed you last night" I say
" Well I did invite you to come over" He says searching his locker for a book
" Listen my dad may be cool with us but that doesn't mean he's cool with me going to your place at night to 'sleepover' " I say laughing at sleepover
" But it is sooo fun" he says placing a peak on my cheek walking away and I follow close behind.
I grab his hand once we reach a storage and drag him over to it
" Well we could have some fun now" I say smiling brighting his eyes just open bigger than I've seen but he still follows me.

" I'm getting a snack. You want anything?" I ask T as I push myself off her couch removing myself from our intense 'Vampire Diaries' binge.
" Nah I'm good" she yells towards her kitchen
While I'm digging in her fridge she starts
" Hey you should keep your eye on your brother I don't know after he talked to my grandpa he got that rebel with a cause look in his eye when he found out about the Uktena" I raise my head from up from slouching with my strawberry in my mouth
" Oh he just now found that out?" I ask still chewing my food plopping myself back down on my spot on the couch
" You two really need to talk more" she laughs
" Well in my defense we have both been pretty preoccupied" I say throwing my hands in the air in defense
" Oh right with all your storage closet rendezvousing?" she asks pointing her finger at me, I start turning red and cover my face
" he told you!" I yell into my hands
" No I just saw you guys sneaking out of it looking pretty fucked up" She laughs causing me to burst out into laughter as well and I throw a pillow at her.

After all the drama Jugheads article caused Toni and her grandfather the Southside have decided to go petition against Pitkins Day and oh hell and I ready for war they have hushed us into silence and whitewashed our entire history painting us as the villains well no longer.
I walk over to Toni and she helps Fangs with his duct tape over his mouth and grab her arm
" Hey can I talk to you?" she nods and walks over to the side with me
" I am so sorry for Jugs article but We are trying to help now and I think I speak for him when I say this is our home and you guys are our family and we will die for you as you would for us" She smiles and pulls me into a bear hug
" You are my family Ky" These few words bring tears to my eyes I have found the people I belong with I have found my family.
" Now please let's stop with this emotional stuff and get you ready" She says straightening out her top grabbing some more duct tape placing it over my mouth
" You ready?" she ask and I simply nod my head

While Veronica is singing her song all of us march on their celebrations holding signs to 'honor this land' with our mouths taped shut. Toni leads us with me in the middle of Fangs and Sweet Pea close behind once we reach the stage we have caught everyone's attention and Veronica stops asking us what we are doing we turn to face the crowd and T pulls out her megaphone to start her speech
" We're here representing the dead and the silenced.
Pickens Day is a lie.
General Pickens slaughtered the Uktena tribe, my grandfather's family.
And this land, the land that we're standing on, the land that will soon give way to a new Southside, was stolen from them.
And we can't bring them back, but we can and we must honor them." In the middle of her speech she is interrupted by Mr. Lodge
" Hey, folks, hi.
Uh I think we can all be proud to live in a Riverdale where young people stand up for justice.
Where a young woman can defend the honor and legacy of her grandfather.
And where we can celebrate the living legacy of the Uktena, who contribute to the rich tapestry that is Riverdale, that is the Southside and that will be SoDale.
So let's hear a round of applause for that, am I right?" He tries to paint this town as a kind place are you kidding me? you can literally see the hurt in Toni's face with all of this going on and I start to breathe heavier feeling myself get extremely angry I rip the tape off my mouth starting towards Mr.Lodge but T grabs my arm stopping me
" It's okay"she sighs
