The Eliatrope King

Chapter 3

Venus stomped down the hall in her dark fortress. The Eliamirror in hand. "Show me King Yugo." She ordered. The silvery surface of the mirror swirled and showed Yugo sitting next to a campfire, he didn't look to happy "Soon, my warriors will find you Yugo, and then you will be my puppet."

---- Hours later, In the dark depths of the forest,

"Yugo will you please stop ignoring me?" Adami complained as he walked back over to Yugo, firewood in hand. He waited for Yugo to reply for a moment, then spoke again "She had the Eliamirror, I had to get you out of there."

"What is the Eliamirror exactly Ad? I still haven't gotten an explanation!" Yugo exclaimed

"It's a powerful artifact. Grougaloragran taught me about it when I was little. He had forgotten who made it, but he know its powers. In the wrong hands it could be used to take over the world."

"What're its powers exactly?"

"It... Can hypnotize people."

"Hypnotize."

"I know it sounds ridiculous, but it's true. She was obviously aiming at you with the mirror."

"So it basically turns people into, puppets?"

"Yes, exactly."

"What else can it do?"

"It can also show brief images of anyone, as long as the holder knows their name."

"So basically that, Venus lady could find us?"

"No, it give an exact location. But if she is as creepy as she seems, then she is probably watching us through the mirror to look for landmarks so she can send people to find us, or at least you."

"Ils ont pris un orphelin et placé une couronne sur sa tête" A voice rang through the forest

"Or she hypnotized Phaeris, and sent him to find you."

"Un garçon faible s'est tourné vers un roi fort" the voice rang out again

"That's Phaeris?!" Yugo exclaimed

"Une marionnette pour la reine sombre, bientôt son roi"

"Where is he?"

"I don't know Yugo." Adami replied

"Roi Yugo, marié pour la reine noire. Accepte ton destin."

"Yugo, got out of here now."

"What abou-" Yugo began to ask

"Go!" Adami yelled

"Il n'y a pas où vous pouvez cacher qu'elle ne trouvera pas."

Yugo nodded and jumped through a portal, disappearing into the night. "Adami. Adami. Adami." Venus repeated as she walked out into the clearing "He can run, but he can't hide."

"What do you even want with my brother?" Adami asked angrily

"L'épouser." Venus replied as she lifted the Eliamirror "Votre esprit est à moi. Ton âme est mienne. Tu es ma marionnette." She smirked as Adami stared blankly across the clearing "Faible tentative de protéger. Échec à votre frère et roi. Va chercher ton frère et amène-le moi." Venus smirked as Adami walked blankly away "He should know King Yugo's potential hiding places."

Little did she know, Yugo sat in a tree just a few yards outside of the clearing "Adami. No." Yugo whispered as he watched his brother walk through the forest, and then run into a tree "Ouch, that had to hurt." Yugo said just before a hand was placed on his shoulder

"Je t'ai trouvé." Venus smirked as Yugo turned to look behind him "Marionnettes Attrape le!" Venus shouted as Yugo jumped out of the tree, and into a portal

"Είμαι εκτός!" Yugo exclaimed in Dragonish (Greek) as he jumped from portal to portal

"ATTRAPE LE!" Venus ordered as Adami and Phaeris blankly chased after Yugo "Attrapez-le ou vous ne serez jamais libre."

------ Hours later, in Venus' Dark Fortress

"Δεν θα σε παντρευτώ ποτέ." Yugo spat as he struggled against Venus' guards

"Sorry I don't speak Dragonish." Venus smirked

"I will never marry you." 

"Ah but Roi Yugo, you have no choice." Venus smiled as she stepped down from her throne, the Eliamirror in hand

"I believe I just made my choice." Yugo growled as Venus walked over to him, the Eliamirror aimed at him "Αρνούμαι να αναγκαστώ, η βασιλεία μου με χρειάζεται. Ο αδελφός μου δεν είναι μαριονέτα ούτε εγώ. Πρέπει να με αφήσετε ελεύθερο."

"Again, can't speak Dragonish."

"I refuse to be forced, my kingdom needs me. My brother isn't a puppet, nor am I. You must set me free."

"Oh, silly king. You'll never be free." Venus smirked "Votre esprit est à moi. Ton âme est mienne. Tu es ma marionnette, pour toujours." A dark blast of light flew at Yugo from the mirror "Silencieusement parlant, maintenant vous êtes à moi. Roi Yugo." Yugo fell to the floor, unconscious "You're mine now, King Yugo."
