"Attitude" (SonAmy Boom)

Chapter 1

"Amy! " A blue hedgehog yelled out to the darkness, seeking his comrade. "Where the hell are you?! "

Sonic had been searching for five minutes now in this unknown location. He was beginning to lose hope in finding her. Why was he even looking only for her? Shouldn't he be also searching for his other friends? But even though he thought of this, his body won't obey him. He kept on yelling the pink beauty's name.

"Ames! Please! Answer! "

Sonic suddenly spotted a pink figure about twenty feet away. "Amy! Is that you?! "

In the speed of light, he dashed towards her. When he was behind her, he could hear her sobbing.

"Wait, is she crying? " Sonic thought. He slowly reached for her left shoulder. "Ames? "

Amy's head slowly turned to reveal her teary eyes. Sonic froze, wondering why his beloved friend, and also secret crush, was crying.

"Go away... " Amy mumbled glaring at him. She moved away slightly, avoiding his touch. "Leave me alone! "

"Wha-? Are you alright? " Sonic asked her still confused as to why she was mad at him. "Why are you crying? "

"Don't act like you don't know, you worthless hog! " She snapped at him. Sonic felt pain in his chest to what she said.

"W-Worthless... hog? Is that what she thinks of me? "

"A-Ames,... What did I do? " Sonic was desperate to fix whatever mistake he did. He tried reaching out for her but only caused her to step away more from him.

"You broke my heart! That's what you did! " Fury was written all over the pink hedgehog's face as more tears ran down. "Now leave me alone! "

"Broke your heart? What the hell do you mean by that?! " He was starting to yell. He didn't know why.

"What, do you have an amnesia or something?! You remember well! " She pointed her index finger in front of his face as she yelled back.

"Just tell me, bitch! " He stiffed for a moment, but mentally. He had no idea where that insult came from!

"There! That's what I mean! " Amy cried. It was obvious that she was hurt emotional judging how wet her face is from tears. "You keep on calling me bitch, whore and even slut! What the hell did I ever do to you?! Ah! "

She fell to the ground cupping her red cheek. Sonic had slapped her.

"What the hell?! Why did I do that?! "

He was glaring at her. But in his mind, he was trying to get to her. To hold her. To apologize. But for some unknown reason, his body was doing it's own thing.

"Move you idiot! Why can't I move?! " He was fighting over his own self. Failing miserably. "Move damn it! "

Sonic then stepped forward to Amy slowly. His face was emotionless. But his eyes shows hatred.

"Yes, finally! Now go to her-"

"Gah! "

His thoughts were caught off when he suddenly kicked Amy. He fricking kicked her on her abdomen!

The Sonic inside was frozen, not believing what he just did. But the Sonic outside was smirking. "Pathetic slut. "

He kicked her again, and again, and again. Until she was coughing blood.

"*cough*I-I... hate.. you.... *cough*" She managed to say.

"Oh yeah? Feeling's mutual! " He yelled at her as he sent her one last kick.

"GRAAH! "

"AMY! " Sonic bolted up on his hammock, his nightmare over. He was panting like a dog and sweating like a pig. His eyes were full of fear, shock and anger. When he realizes where he is. He was a bit relieved.

"A-Another... dream. " He panted. Holding his chest. He could feel his heart beating loudly. "Why is it always about her?! "

He was having nightmares like this for the past three nights now. He was ignoring Amy ever since his first nightmare about her. He didn't know why but he feels a bit better when he stays away from her. Or more likely, she stays away from him. He feels that if he nears her, he could do whatever he did to her in his dreams.

He glanced at his clock to see that it was 5: 14 in the morning. He sighs, knowing he couldn't sleep anymore he got up and dashed out of his shack in a blue blur. He went out for his morning run.

He passed a lot of houses until he stopped in front of a certain pink hedgehog's house. He stood there, staring at it. He didn't know why. He and Amy hadn't talked since his problem started. He knows that Amy noticed and probably decided to avoid him as well. He probably just missed her.

"*sigh*When will this end? " He asked himself.

"When will what end? " A voice asked from behind him.

"YAH! Tails!? What are you doing here? " He jumped when he was startled by his best friend.

"I could ask the same thing about you, Sonic. " The young fox crossed his arms and arched his eyebrow. "Why are you staring at Amy's house? "

"I-I... No, I wasn't! " Sonic protested as he slightly glared at him. "I was just out on a morning run. "

"You call standing here staring at your crush's house while talking to yourself 'running'? " Tails started to smirk when he saw Sonic's flushed face. Sonic's friends knew his little secret. It was really obvious. The same with Amy. He also noticed that they're quite distant lately, except of course when they're fighting Doctor Eggman."If you keep standing there, you'll look like a creep planning to barge in her house. Hehe... "

When Tails said that, Sonic was suddenly reminded of his second nightmare. It was when he sneaked in Amy's house and lit it on fire with her inside and Sonic outside smirking and just watching and hearing her screams. He hung his head not saying a word. Tails noticed the sudden silence.

"Uh, you okay? "

"Sh-Shut up. " He turned around and bolted away leaving the confused yellow fox. He began to worry about his best friend. He knows that he has a problem. He often tries to talk to him about it but Sonic doesn't. So he just let him be. But he sure knows it has got something to do with a certain pink girl.

He took one last glance at Amy's house then walked away towards his.

"Whatever is bothering you Sonic, I hope you'll share it to us..... to me. "
