Max's pov

"dude masarap ba?"

"putcha gago ka trey..how do i know we were drunk we cant remember anything"

nasa condo ako ngayon ni trey sya lang ang makakausap ko sa nangyari sa amin ni red...bakit?...di na bago ang sa kanya ito kaya sya ang nilapitan ko

"well i guess dude this is the only way you could get away with your engagement with that lunatic christine..at hindi na bago sa akin na matagal mo ng hinihintay si red..di ba nga kaya inawayan mo si red when she went back to you kasi kailangan nyo ang yaman nila christine pero sabi mo nga pwede mo ng iwan ang engagement nyo di ba"

"pero paano ko sasabihin kay christine?"

"then tell it to her family and her pagsabay sabayin mo na.."

may point din minsan ang kaibigan ko na ito..

"pero paano nga kung magbunga yung nangyari sa inyo ni red papayag ba sya? di ba nga sabi mo nagbago na sya..nung nagising kayo umalis na sya at hindi naghabol ng kasal..usually naman kasal ang habol ng mga virgin"

paalis na ako ng condo ni trey ng magtext si kuya brenan ng meeting with the family of christine kaya diretso na ako sa kumpanya..pagkarating ko dun..diretso ako conference room naroon na si daddy at mommy

nang makaupo ako pumasok na sila kuya brenan at kuya sam kasama ang mga smith at syempre si christine

"hi hon what is this meeting about is it for our engagement party?"

lumapit si christine sa akin at umupo sa tabi ko pero dahil sa inis ko at galit tumayo ako at lumapit sa tabi ng mommy ko

"max whats wrong?"

"ms smith would you please sit down"

umupo sya sa tabi ng mom nya pero masamang nakatingin sa kuya sam ko never kasi nya itong tinawag sa pangalan nya

"why did you call for a meeting Mr Lim?"

"well Mr smith we want you to know that we investigated the almost bankcrupcy this company experience 5 years ago..and it came to be a planned sabotage"

inabot ni kuya brena ang isang folder kay mr smith

"and when all the employees involve were investigated..they told us the mastermind of that problem..and that person is your daughter mr smith..."

nagulat ang mga smith at namutla si christine...hindi na nagulat ang pamilya ko dahil alam na namin bago pa man ang meeting na ito

"are you accusing my daughter for your problems? we help your company and this is what we get"

"now mr smith we are not accusing your daughter the involve people pointed ms smith for what they did..your daughter promise a large amount of money to them if they do what she wants"

"anong mapapala ng anak ko kung bumagsak man ang kumpanya nyo"

ang kaninang tahimik na ina ni christine ay dumepensa na..lumapit si kuya sam kay christine

"thats the question mrs smith..what will she get?..honestly mr smith we have a lot of evidence that your daughter was the mastemind for that incident we could easily file a lawsuit against her"

tahimik lang ang mag ina ng tumayo si mr smith..naglakad lakad at muling binasa ang laman ng folder

"what is this chris? first the lawsuit against the salcedo then this..what are you really doing"

nung una tahimik lang si christine pero..

"yes dad i planned that..i just want to marry max thats is why i asked you to help the lims and in return i marry max...dad i love max more than my life i cant live with out him"

matapos nyang sabihin yun ay umiyak na sya natahimik kaming lahat pero di ko natiis ang galit ko

"Bullshit chris you played all of us..you made me do things i am regreting now..i put up with you for five years..i thought you have change but i was wrong...you did all of this just to get me..you used our people to destroy my father's company...from now on i dont want you near this company ever again.."

i walk out and went to my office..i hurt red when i said i have learned to love christine..she already gave me a chance to love her but didnt accept it..and all because of christine

"well bro your engagement is broken your a free man gain"

pumasok si kuya brenan sa office ko

"anong nangyari after ko umalis?"

"well sisigaw pa sana si christine but mom slap her..she got angry you know when she gets angry..then mr smith said the engagement is off and were not going to pay what he invested as long as we dont file a lawsuit against her daughter and he also agreed that her daughter will never come near our family and this company"

umupo ako sa swivel chair ko at binuksan ko ang drawer ko..nilabas ko ang isang picture frame..si red ang nasa picture..stolen shot nung araw na gusto ng bumalik sa akin pero hindi ko tinanggap..pinagsisihan ko ang araw na iyon pero magbabago na ang lahat...
