"What do we need a pistol for anyways?" Vern asked.

"It's spooky sleeping out at night in the woods. We might see bear." Teddy exclaimed.

"Or a garbage can." Gordie remarked sassily.

"I brought a comb." Vern voiced, happily with a smile.

"What the hell do we need a comb for?" Kim asked.

"Well, if we get on TV we wanna look good, don't we?" Vern informed, as Kimberly and Teddy eyed Vern's buzz cut.

"Plus Kim will need it!" Vern added.

"Why would I need it?" Kim asked, almost offended. Kimberly grabbed her hair and observed it, not seeing anything wrong with her messy hair.

"Well girls need to brush their hair." Vern shrugged.

Chris, Teddy, and Gordie already knew that Kimberly was not happy at his comments.

"That's what they make these for." Kimberly announced, referring to the hair elastic around her wrist.

Vern looked at her wrist with a disgusted face, and shivered.

"Let's just get going before we waste any more time." Gordie suggested.

"Have gun, will travel reads the card of a man! A knight without armor in a savage land! His fast gun-for-hire heeds the calling wind..." Everyone sang.

"Hey, I'm kind of hungry who's got the food." Vern asked.

Teddy stopped walking, and everyone repeated his motions.

"Shit, did anyone bring anything?" Teddy asked.

The silence was enough of an answer.

"Oh great well what are we supposed to do? Eat our feet?" Teddy remarked.

"You mean you didn't bring anything either?" Chris said with an upset tone.

"Shit, this wasn't my idea! This was Vern's ideas, why didn't you bring anything?" Teddy yelled, motioning towards Vern.

"What am I supposed to do, think of everything? I brought the comb!" Vern yelled in defense.

"What d'you need a comb for if you don't even have any hair?" Teddy yelled back.

Everyone looked down the tracks.

"Train coming." Kimberly determined, breaking the anger in the air.

Everyone hopped off the tracks, besides Teddy.

"Haha real funny Teddy, now get off the tracks." Kimberly grunted.

"No. I'm gonna dodge it." Teddy determined.

Nobody knew what to say, or what to do for a minute. The train just got closer and closer, and the noise boomed louder and louder.

"Come on man..." Chris warned.

"Teddy seriously get off the tracks!" Kimberly yelled. Everyone shouted different words to attempt to remove Teddy from his spot, but it was no use. Teddy was determined.
