You woke up at five am to Steven shuffling in his sleep. You yawn and stretch your legs humming as you did so, you then looked at the still sleeping boy with a small smile. This always happens when you had sleep overs, you woke up first due to someone, Amethyst, getting a midnight snack or Steven shuffling. You took a a deep breathe before yawning. You grabbed your phone from your pocket, which you forgot it was there and checked your messages.
"oh shit...6 from peridot....Whoops." You mumble, you use your other hand to mess with Stevens hair while you read the text. (I don't have a phone, please cut me some slack)

"Ouch....but true." You mumble to yourself, you felt sick, you knew she was right. You don't deserve Peridot, you are a shitty friend, you can't do shit, you should have just stayed with your ..guardians. You shouldn't think this why but you can't stop it, the truth hurts. You feel a warm liquid rush down your right cheek and quickly wipe it away. You put your phone back in your pocket and closed your eyes fighting against these thoughts.
