"Would your parents be okay with it?" I ask.
"I live with my older brother." Ty replies. "Our parents died when we were small."
"Oh." There was that akward silence again.
"Let's go!" He grabs my wrist and pulls me down the street and I hold a tighter grip on my suitcase as we fly across the street, down the sidewalk, and abruptly stop in front of a small-ish house.
"Home sweet home!" Ty knocks on the door and a man looking to be 20-ish answers the door.
"Welcome home, Ty!" I'm not sure if I hear lust in his voice or if it's just my imagination. They hug and then he looks at me."Who's this?"
"That's Adam. Can he stay with us for a bit?"
"Sure." He smiles. "Come on in. You can stay in the guest bedroom. I'm Anthony, by the way." I smile back and Ty pulls me inside and drags me through the living room and into a hall. He leads me to the last door on the right and opens it.
It's a small room with a bed in the center. I place my suitcase on the bed. I sit down on my bed.
"Ty! Come here for a minute!" This time, I'm sure I heard lust.
"Coming!" Ty replies. "I'll be back soon. Wait here."
