The Hell Hole Chronicles

Cake, Cookies and Pizza!

What a beautiful day, Madison thought to herself as she skipped down the halls of the hell hole school.

Everything was supposed to be perfect today, after all it's her birthday.

I wonder what my friends are up to, she thought.

Her friends were up to something alright... Emily, Alex, Ashley, and Naomi were all busy in the home ec room baking a cake.

Emily: "we need one more cup of sugar stat! Today has to be perfect, and plus I still have to finish up my present"

Everyone ran around the room like soldiers on a battlefield. Just then, Oliver entered the room.

Oliver: "hey guys! Since it's Madison's birthday, Henry, Harold and I wanted to host a birthday celebration for her in the gym at lunch"

Ashley: "yeah that sounds like a great idea"

The others agreed so he hurried off to start decorating the gym.
"Hi Oliver!" A female voice said from a distance. Everyone recognized it was Madison's, so they quickly hid everything.

Madison: "hey guys, today sure is special isn't it?"

Emily awkwardly smiled.

Emily: "yup so Mads can you do me a favour? I left my phone with Ryan and I need it back but I have to finish helping Naomi with her home ec project. So could you grab my phone from Ryan please?"

Madison smiled and happily agreed before scurrying off.

Naomi: "that was a close one"

Everyone nodded and got back to work. Emily pulled out her phone and dialled Ryan's number.

Emily: "hey, so Madison's gonna ask you for my phone but just stall her for as long as you can please"

Ryan: "no I have better things to do"

Emily: *sigh* "please, I'll give you some cake"

Ryan: "oh okay!"

He hung up the call and Emily got back to work.

Madison walked around the school looking for Ryan, until she finally found him with Dominic and Parker at the grade 9 lockers.

Madison: "hey Ryan! Do you have Emily's phone?"

Ryan: "I may, or I may not"

Madison chuckled lightly to herself, amused by Ryan's funny personality. It doesn't matter what he says, for some reason it can automatically make anyone smile or laugh.

Madison: "no seriously, she needs her phone back"

Ryan: "well I could give you her phone back, but that would be too easy"

Madison did the famous Miles face, confused about what he said.

Ryan: "instead... I CHALLENGE YOU!"

He let out a roar, and tried to do a super sayain (from dragon ball z) impression. He was in the middle of it when all of a sudden Mrs. Borgette walked by.

Borgette: "shut up Ryan"

Ryan frowned, but his face lit up like Madison's Christmas tree when she agreed to his challenge.

Ryan: "alright, so... 1-2-3-4-5 GO!"

He said rapidly before sprinting down the halls. Madison who was still confused chased after him.

Madison: "Ryan wait! I don't understand what's the challenge?!"

While she continued to chase him all around the school, the group of friends finished the birthday cake.
