Ryan awoke to his father pounding on his door

"Ryan OPEN UP" Ryan quickly sat up and commanded his father to come in "Yes father?" "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU" "What?" Ryan's father slapped him clean across the face "Father!" "Shut up you-you.." Ryan's father stopped talking. he slapped Ryan again "FATHER STOP" "don't do it again!" His father stormed out the room, punching his door leaving a hole in the door. Ryan sat there shocked, he touched his cheek pulling away because it stung. He used his phone to see a giant red mark on his cheek. "why.." he whimpered. he jumped after getting a text without warning. 

it was Luke.

L= hey wanna walk 2 school together?

R= I don't think I'm going today

L= Why not babe?

R= I'm not feeling good

L= Baby I'll make you forget your bad feeling if you come to school.

R= I dunno

L= Please?

R= Luke...

L= at least tell me how your feeling 'not well' 

Ryan stood there, he Can't tell anybody what just happened, because he doesn't even know why it happened he sighed deeply

R= I'll come

L= I'll meet you at the park in 10

Ryan got dressed, he had no clue how to cover this up, he looked around his room and saw his omega bandanna his mother gave to him years ago. he tied it around his mouth only exposing his nose and up. it covered the mark almost completely, a little still showed but it wasn't that red.

he walked past his father without getting caught and started running to the park.

Ryan got there before Luke. he sat on the bench and tightened the knot. making sure it won't come off. he pulled out his phone and scrolled through social media. 

"are you about to rob a bank baby?" Ryan jumped turning around to see Luke

"no, I just don't wanna get anyone else under the weather." Ryan lied. ""alright." Luke sighed. Luke noticed the tiny bit of red but shrugged it off for now.

they started walking

"what made you change your mind so suddenly"

"Luke Listen to me right now"

Luke's eyes went wide

"whats wrong?" "I think my father knows" "knows about what" "knows about us" "so what screw him we don't need him" "you don't get it!" "I don't" they sighed "please explain why" 

Ryan held back tears

"I woke up to him pounding on my door" Ryan sighed "he told me never to do that again, but he didn't say what" "that's it?"  Luke asked glancing back to the red spot and then focusing on the fabric covering his mouth "yes Luke" "are you sure" Luke looked upset knowing fully he was lying to him. "I didn't want to come because I knew I'd have to pass my father in the halls and stuff, but I went through the back" Ryan felt bad lying. Ryan walked ahead, Luke stopped "hold On I'm tying my shoe" Luke bent down and waited for Ryan to return looking forward, then he walked up quietly and untied the bandanna "then what's this!"

 Luke said turning Ryan's head so he can see the rest of the 5-star mark. (y'all know what that means?) 

"No-nothing!!" Ryan said using his hoodie to cover it "it's a hand print, Ryan why?" "because he hit me Luke!" "what-" "He-he h-e fucking hit me! TWICE!" Ryan started crying "he-he *hiccup* can't *hiccup* know Lukey" Luke blushed at the nickname but knew it was no time for that, he bent down to cuddle his boyfriend

"he won't"

Ryan hiccuped when he cried and Luke found it cute but he had to just comfort Ryan

"I promise"

"But L-Luke *hiccup If *Hiccup* he-he finds *hiccup* out, you don't ev-ev-even *hiccup* wanna know what he-h-he *hiccup* he'll do to me L-lukey" 

"you'll be fine"

they sat there on the sidewalk for almost half an hour, missing the first hour of school. 

Ryan calmed down with some ice cream which Luke payed for and just watched him eat and calmed him down by rubbing his back and giving him a massage. "Now that I feel better I feel like I'm ready to tell you what I think he'll do to me Luke" Luke's ears perked up "yes?" 

"do you know what conversion camp is?"

Luke's heart dropped

"he wouldn't" 

"he would, and he's not the only parent" Ryan sighed deeply

"no that's bullshit" Luke complained

they sat there talking about it, they skipped school that day because Luke knew Ryan didn't want to go after being slapped.

they walk out of the ice cream parlour. *click*

"what was that?" Ryan turned his head rapidly "what was what?"

"that!" Ryan hid is face in his hoodie "sounds like a photo" Luke said letting go of Ryan's hand ready to beat someone up. "Let's get you back to your house" Luke said speed walking after yanking on Ryan's sleeve. "NO!" Ryan shouted, people looked "I can't Luke! I'm scared!" Ryan said fixing his sleeve "right...right.. you can stay with me tonight..." "really?" "yea" "what would I tell my father" "that your working on a project with Rachel" "alright, I'll quickly go home and get my stuff" "no don't go back Ryan, you can borrow some of my shit" "Luke-" "Listen to me, text him and just come, he doesn't know where I live" "alright" "I want you safe babe" Luke kisses his forehead 

*click*

"FUCKER" Luke yelled running into an alley way, watching someone follow them "we're at a dead end Luke!" "nope" Luke shoved a trash can in the followers face causing them to fall, as they tried to get it off them Luke pushed up a look wooden board and they crawled under it, standing up and brushing themselves up "how-" "shhh" Luke shushed Ryan, they heard the person curse and walk away. "I used to run here when me and my friends played manhunt." Luke smiled at the memory. 

they walked down a creepy old path until they got to Luke's house.

"make yourself at home" "Luke" "honestly as long as your safe Ryan" Luke sighed kissing Ryan "th-thanks" Ryan felt a blush crawl up onto his face Luke laughed, he sat on the couch "so wheres your family?" 'it's only 2 Ryan, my parents won't get home for another 4 hours" Ryan gave a silent 'oh' and sat beside Luke. 

four hours alone

Ryan thought

Luke all to himself.

Ryan smiled at this thought.

A/n I can't wait I HAVE BIG plans for the next few chapters, maybe a litttttle tiny bit of smut... *lenny face*
