Third person pov

"I wish it was full moon" Sirius moaned. It was three days till full moon.

Peter snuck a glance at him.

Remus threw a pillow on his face.

"You keep on announcing such stuff and one day it'll be in the open for everyone to hear" he snapped.

"Aww.... Moony don't be like that!" Sirius said cheerfully.

James buried his head in the pillow.
"Guys it's Saturday morning.... Can't you keep it down?"

"No way Prongsie...." Sirius drawled.

Sirius ended up dragging them to the common room. They all sat by the fireplace. It was early morning and no one was up yet.

"See.. No one's up yet! You just had to drag us out of bed early on a Saturday morning!" James complained.

Suddenly there was a movement from the girls dormitory. Lily Evans ran down the stairs clutching an envelope. Ria came running behind her. All of the guys drew a sudden breath.

She was dressed in a lilac nightgown which showed off her curves. The school uniform did her figure no justice. Her dark hair, which fell way below waist level, was left down. It fell across her back like a smooth, wavy waterfall. She didn't have on her glasses, so greenish blue eyes, the ones that reminded people of a reef, were the first thing you noticed about her. It looked unearthly against her pretty peach complexion. Her skin glowed, showing off her mixed genes. Her skin was fair and she had inherited her mother's blush. She was a sight to behold, alright.

Peter took in Sirius's open mouthed expression.

"Lily!!!! Give it back!!!" Ria yelled, trying to grab the envelope from the pretty redhead.

"No can do.... Not gonna happen until I know who you were writing to!!!" Lily sang.

"I told you, it's only a friend" Ria said, grabbing the envelope back.

Lily made a puppy face. "Can I read it? Please?"

Ria sighed and handed her the envelope. Blissfully unaware of the fact that the boys were sitting in the room they chose a sofa and sat down on it.

Lily read aloud.

"Dear Ceecee,
I am back at school safely. I already miss you and our friends. I have three really good friends here. They adored the nightgowns I got them. I am enclosing a small gift I got for you from Diagon Alley. About the cruise, I'll ask my friends and reply about when I want the tickets.

"Who's Ceecee? And what cruise?" Lily questioned.

"Ceecee is a family friend and I was planning whether the four of us could go for a cruise during Christmas?" Ria said.

"Oh wow!!! I would love to" Lily replied. "But are you sure can?" she asked uncertainly. It wasn't clear whether Ria had money or not anyways.

"Its easy. The captain owed me a favour" Ria said sweetly.

"Mind if I come along for the cruise, Evans? I could serenade you!!!" James yelled, messing up his hair.

Lily Evans spun around and stuck her tongue out at him while Ria seemed impassive.

Everyone laughed. "Real mature, Lily" Remus said.

The boys were still chuckling as they got up and left the common room. Lily noticed a piece of parchment falling out of Remus's pocket but the boys were gone before she could point it out.
