Part 18

We spent the rest of the day together at the library, we didn't feel like taking class
We just cuddled in a corner where the sun made it warm enough, and read for a while

It was so peaceful and I felt so safe..

"Jimin, baby..
It's time to go home" he extended his hand and helped me up

...

"Tae"

"Yeah?"

"That girl, at the locker room.. who is she?"

"Oh, she's our rookie's older sister. She was thanking me because I gave him a couple advices for the game"

I felt relieved at his words

"Were you jealous?"

"N-No.. silly, of course not" I pouted involuntarily

"You are the cutest thing, can I eat you up?"

I couldn't help but giggle and give him a slight push to the side

"Jimin..
our game is in two days..
will you, be cheering for me?"

"I wouldn't miss it for the world, Taehyungie" I said pecking his lips

We reached my house and Taehyung was about to say goodbye when I stopped him

"I want you to come in"

"Baby, I don't wanna upset you again"

"He'll behave, I promise"

He groaned, still unsure "Okay"

I opened the door and we got inside

"Mochi head" Yoongi greeted me without getting too close "Your mom is not home, she'll be late"

He looked over to Taehyung.. oh god

"Yo, idol, good thing you came. Let's order some pizza or something"

Taehyung looked at him, and then his eyes locked with mine. Neither of is expected that, but it was way better than them fighting

We joked around for a while.
These two were starting to get along surprisingly well

"Can I use your bathroom?"

"Ah, sure" I said to Tae

I looked at Yoongi as Taehyung left the room

Thank you, hyung   |   What are you doing?

"Anything for my Jimin" he gave me a faint smile.
I'm sorry Yoongi, but I chose him, and I'd do it again

"What did I miss?" Said Tae sitting next to me again

"Not much, airhead. But you know what? I'm tired. I'm gonna go to sleep"

"Already?"  Tae asked him

"Yeah, i'm going back home tomorrow"

Please stay!   |   Why, hyung?

"I came to make sure you were okay, mochi head. And it looks to me you're in good hands"

They both stood up and shook hands when Yoongi pulled Taehyung close and said something to his hear, but I was still able to hear it

"If you ever make Jimin cry, I'll kill you"

"If you ever get too close to him again I'll be the one who's gonna kill you"

They both gave each other a sarcastic smile as Yoongi went upstairs

"I should probably go too, my love"

"Wait!" I grabbed his hand "There's something.. i'd like to talk to you about"

We walked upstairs also and I closed the door

"What is it, Jimin? You look.. different"
he sat on my bed and pulled my hand, making me sit next to him

"Tomorrow.." I gulped, it wasn't easy but I wanted to tell him
"Taehyung, tomorrow is the anniversary of my..relatives' deaths"

I told him everything that happened..
It was the first time I was talking to anyone about this
And it felt as I was letting out all the pressure inside me as he only listened attentively

"I've never talked to anyone about this.
My friends, they try to help me.. my family, but I won't let them.
I don't want to worry anyone.
So i've been keeping this inside for so long" I heard my voice crack as I spoke, and Taehyung held my hand
"If ot wasn't for me they'd be here, they'd be alive.
I don't deserve to exist. I should've been the one who died that day and not them.
I've been so close, i've thought about it so many times.. but I couldn't do that to Namjoon"

I didn't care about the rules or game content anymore.
I cried on Taehyung's shoulder as he hugged me tight

"Jimin..
don't ever say that.
I am so sorry you've been through all that by yourself. I'm so sorry I can't change what happened and make you happy.
But you're not alone anymore. You've never been but, i'm here now.
I'm happy you decided to tell me, i'm sire it hasn't been easy. But you never have to keep anything to yourself ever again, specially of that something causes you pain."

He caressed my face, and I touched my cheek in real life

"I am so in love with you.
I don't know where you came from, and you might not believe it, but every single one of my thoughts is related to you.
I'll make sure you only smile from now on.

I'm here, and will always be here for you, my baby.. always"

He pecked my lips and laid me on the bed, he got next go me and pulled me into a hug, and I fell asleep watching his face right next to mine
