In the dark

this is wierd, but ima try for this part. 

link's p.o.v.

Its so dark..... And cold...... And my head is killing me. I cant open my eyes. Why cant i open my eyes? Why is everything so dark? It doesnt feel right....... Where am i? am i dead? Is this what death feels like? Help.... Someone please... Help me. PlEaSe.... HELP ME!

3rd person p.o.v.

It was cold. It was dark. Thats all link knew. The dark, that was usualy comphorting, was now biteing him with the cold air. He hears something. He can hear..... Footsteps? The steps get closer. Faster. Louder. Untill there a full on run. He slowly opens his eyes. He sees nothing. The footsteps dissappear. The silence becomes deafening. Then he sees a figure. The figure stands a breath away from links face. If link could move, He would run. run far away. He was scared. What was so scary about him? There was nothing scary about this man. The man was terrafying. No he wasnt. He looked compleatly normal. Link wanted to scream. He wanted to punch or kick. He saw his sword on the floor. He wanted to grab it and slice this mans hand off. No he doesnt? Why would he want to do that? He hates hurting anyone. The man leans in closer. There noses where a hair away from touching. His eyes. They were blood red. His outfit was black. Then. He was gone. He turned into a puff of smoke. Link tryed to look around, but he couldnt move. Suddenly, he felt the worst pain imagionable shoot through his entire body. He wanted to scream, or cry, but he couldnt. he couldnt move. he couldnt speak. he couldnt do anything but sit there and take it. he couldnt stop it. 

The pain slowly faded away. He wanted to fall to his knees and just die. But he didnt. He walked forward. No. HE didnt walk forward. His body mabey, but HE didnt. HE did.... The other he. The he that was in front of him moments ago. The dark version of him. He turned around to see a mirror. He was in shock. His eyes were blood red. His golden hair was jet black, along with his signiture green tunic. It was all black. (Jese. i never realised how emo/goth dark link looked. XD) His skin Was an almost blinding white. But it almost looked grey. He wanted to scream again. But he couldnt. He just stood there in shock. Untill he realised. He became the man he fought in the water temple. He was becomeing part of the shadow. Part of the person... No. He is not a "person". This thing. He is part of the thing that gave him countless nightmares. The ones where he would wake in a cold sweat. The ones where he would beg his own mind to make it end. The ones that made him cry himself to sleep, out of fear that he might return. Because it was this thing that awakened something within him. It awoke a feeling that he never knew of untill that temple.He felt anger. Hate. Sadness. Frustration. Dissapointment. But the worst of all. He felt rage. That rage, is what drove him to nearly kill his own shadow. The part of him that was taken when the goddess hylia made him a perfect hero. His rage turned him into something with no regrets for his actions. It made him want to hurt people, and to never care of the consiquences. He fought so hard to supress these. But it got harder and harder as time passed. The more he looked at certen people, the more he thought. 'Is there anyone who would care if they were still alive. What would it matter if they just dissappeared without a trace?' These thoughts sat in the back of his head. 'Who would care?' He thought to himself on multiple occations. "Who WOULD care?" Avoice asked him. It was quiet, but there. "Who would care about anyone?" The voice asked. "Noone. Noone cares about anyone but themselfs. Humans are arrogent, Spitefull, Selfish beings. What would it matter if you made them dissappear?" The voice continued to ask. 'No.' link thought. 'I dont want to hurt anyone.' "Sure you do. Just think. What about that guard who kept scolding zelda? Or that kid from the forest, mido, who alwase picked on you? alwase thought you wernt good enough? And then of course theres-" He was cut off by link shouting. 'SHUT UP! SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!' He screamed as he felt tears stream down his face. 'I DONT WANT TO HURT THEM! THEY DONT DESERVE THAT!' he screamed. He looked in the mirror to see a smirk. He didnt move, but the reflection did. It took a step forward. Link stared into its red eyes, But it didnt say anything. It stayed silent. Then it dissappeared leaveing link stareing at his own reflection. 'What happenes next?' The voice asked. Link felt something sharp sink into his leg. He bolted upright with a scream. His vision was blured, and he couldnt see anything. Everything was just a bunch of blobs. He went into a panic. He looked around when suddenly he heard footsteps running in his direction. He tryed to stand, but he was to dizzy. His head was spinning. His body was shakeing. His breathing was short and fast. He couldnt see anything. The steps got closer, and faster. He was fraking out. There was the sound a door nearly being slamed open. And a new blob appeared. This one was bigger than most of them. And it was moveing. He scrambled back. The figure came closer. He could hear it say something. The sound was foren. But calming and familiar. He could make out a few words. 

"calm..."

"link..."

"friends..."

"safe..."

He still shook with fear, As the figure came closer. It came closer, And he fet something warm around him. He saw the blob right next to him, against him. He could tell it was a person, But he didnt know who. On the other hand, The person knew nothing of what link was going through, But knew it must have been bad. The person held link close as he calmed down. Link looked down to see a figure appearing. A girl. In a dress. With long blond hair. A small crown. "Z-Zelda?" link asked. The girl looked up and smiled. Then she noded. "Welcome back to the liveing." She said with a giggle. Link smiled back. he looked at zelda with a confused face.  "Youve been out for about two days. Your pulse was weak, But it still was there, so we kept hope." She said with a small smile. Link was in shock. TWO DAYS!?!? he took a deep breath and calmed down. "Alright. Now that thats taken careof, lets go." She said happily before takeing links hand and leading him out the door. "Where are we going?" link asked. "Youll see." Zelda replyed with a small smirk. Link chuckled. He shuged and followed zelda down the hall.
