4. On the authors website it says " To face down ruthless enemies, she has to learn to fight". I believe that Sophie will have to learn from people like Ro, Sandor, and Grizel. This would make a stronger alliance between the ogres and the elves. Helping Sophie foster take down the Neverseen.
5. So you have to do some looking for this next one. This again has to do with the cover. If you look there is a forest surrounding them and a staircase crumbling at the end. The staircase that is crumbling in my mind would be a result from Tam and Wylies super move or just if the theories about time travel were right. The stairs were crumbling because of time travel. Mabye in Elvin time travel the people stay in the same spot while time warps around it. That's supported because in the cover
You can see the ripples around the super move.
6. Because everything is planned to detail in the cover. If you notice on Sophie's left leg there are three cuts in her pants all the same sized and rectangular. Mabye a fashion choice or a new type of weird genetically alterd creature scratched her. That theorie was a little far fetched but hey it's just a theorie.
