"Back mom, hey dad" I yelled through the house and to my father on the couch
"Hey, how was your day?" my mother asks walking into the living room
"Can I ask you and dad something?" I said
We all walked over and sat on the couch. Please don't say no, please don't say no.
"They boys came here for a vacation, and they wanted to go skiing" I started saying
"They didn't really know where to go or have anyone to take them, so I offered to take them on a trip to Mt. Hood" I finished smiling nervously
"Honey that's 5 boys we're talking about" my dad said being protective
"Casey, these boys seem nice and Liam seems like a very responsible young man" my mother said to my father
"And I haven't snowboarded Mt. Hood in a year" I added in
"Will you be safe? And don't let the boys lay a hand on you!" my dad said
"Trust me dad, you know I won't let those boys hurt me" I said flexing my muscles
"I know" he laughed
"When did you tell them you are going to leave" my mom asked
"Tomorrow around 4am" I answered
"How long are you staying?" she popped another question
"2 to 3 days, depends when we get there, I'll call you though" I said thinking of my reply
"Well if you're leaving early in the morning you better get ready!" my mother exclaimed motioning for me to go pack
"Thank you for letting me go" I said back to my parents as I walked down the hall
I walked into my light blue bedroom. I went over to my closet and pulled out my normal suitcases. I grabbed my snowboarding equipment from the back of my closet. I picked up the clothes and places them in the suitcase smiling. I then proceeded to get regular winter clothes from the right side of my closet. I zipped up my suitcase and moved to my vanity bag. I put a few different things of face care and body wash in it. I also added feminine need things. I shouldn't need them, but better safe than sorry. I zipped up this bag and set it with my other suitcases by my door.
It was only 6 o'clock in the evening, but I needed sleep if I was going to drive. I forgot I had to put the 2 back seat in my car. Guess I better clean it out. I grabbed the vacuum and extra car seats from the garage. I popped my trunk hood open to unload some bags and things. I still kept my blankets, pillows, and jackets in the trunk. You never know what will happen in Colorado. I opened all the car door to start cleaning. It wasn't that messy. I put my sunglasses on the dash and took out some papers. I vacuumed the floor and leather seats. Soon my car was looking new. I went to the back and pulled down the divider separating the trunk and seats. I added the 2 seats in the back for the boys. There was a total of 7 seats in the vehicle. I stepped back from my car closing all the doors except for the trunk. I went back up to my room to grab my thinks and put them in the car. I brought my lime green snowboard from the garage and chucked it in the car.
After putting everything except my small bag in the car I went inside to eat dinner. Once I was finished eating I headed off to bed. Tomorrow was going to be tiring.
*The Next Morning*
