"So, was this movie made in the last decade?" I teased, looking at Dean as we sat in the theater which hadn't turned the lights down yet. I might not know much about movies, but the theater we were in, wasn't the kind where people went to watch new movies.

Dean mock scowled. "The movies they make today are garbage. You can't find a decent one that was made in the last fifteen years or so."

"Well, I will admit, of the ones I've seen, at least, the movies you've picked have been much better."

Dean looked content until Ben spoke up.

"And we all know what an expert Becca is when it comes to movies," he said sarcastically.

Hailey laughed from my other side, and Dean and I frowned at Ben.

When Dean suggested that we all do something together, I thought it would be weird. I mean, it was awkward enough for Ben and me to just think about each other dating. But so far, it had been totally normal. Fun even. We all ate lunch together on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it wasn't much different than that. Only now, no one had to rush off to work or class.

"You're completely discounting most of the X-men movies, the most recent Lord of the Rings and Star Wars, most of the Harry Potters-"

"I stand by what I said," Dean cut Ben off. "Some of those were alright, but they don't compare to the movies made in the last century."

Ben made an offended noise. "The graphics alone, make the newer movies ten times better!"

"Graphics is all they have," Den argued. "And a lot of the time, it's over done."

Hailey and I looked at each other. It was pretty clear that she thought this conversation was as stupid as I did. For a few minutes, we watched them go back and forth, occasionally rolling our eyes over some of the things they said.

"You can't honestly think-" Ben was saying.

"Uh, guys, maybe finish this very rivieting conversation later?" I interrupted him.

Apparently, they didn't care that the lights were now down or that the previews were starting. They'd simply lowered their voices and hadn't seemed like they were anywhere near finished. I might not have cared, but a few people had thrown irritated looks at us.

Ben frowned but sat back in his seat to get comfortable. Dean put his arm around me and I snuggled against him.

"At least I know not to bring up the subject of movies with you two," I whispered.

Dean laughed quietly. "Yes, we take our action movies very seriously."

"So, what is this movie about, anyway?" I asked.

"Just trust me." he kissed my head. "You'll like it."

"Oh, alright." I smiled.

For a while, I watched the movie and I really was enjoying it. Before too long, though, I found it almost impossible to concentrate. Dean had been playing with my hair for the first half-hour or so, and then he'd started gently rubbing my neck. It felt really nice and I had goose bumps all down my arms.

"I thought you wanted me to watch," I whispered, looking at him and leaning a little closer.

"It won't really matter if you miss a few minutes," he said with a grin.

Very happy to go along with that, I leaned the rest of the way over to his lips and forgot all about the movie. It was several minutes before I remembered that Dean and I were not here alone. Pulling away, I smiled at him for a minute before I sat back in my seat, ready to try and figure out what was going on in the movie.

A moment later, Hailey pushed her popcorn towards me.

"Popcorn?" she whispered.

When I glanced at her, she was smirking. So I guess Dean and I hadn't been very discrete.

Blushing, I took a handful before offering some to Dean. When I went to hand the popcorn back to Hailey, I caught sight of Ben. He was watching me with that look again. Only it was more pronounced this time.

He seemed to be doing better with the idea of me and Dean kissing lately. Or at least, he didn't seem quite as uncomfortable. But I guess actually seeing it was a different thing. It wasn't exactly the same, of course, but I wanted to ask him if he thought it was any easier for me to watch him with his girlfriend.

Sighing, I turned my attention back to the movie. Ben would get over it soon enough.
