That's right shuckers.
So, I'm not a good example of a healthy vegan. My diet is based on mostly raw stuff. But, I restrict what I eat. On a normal day I only have around 200-500 calories. It's not fun.
So, if you are planning to become vegan/vegetation/etc. I would recommend it. But not if it's only to restrict what you're eating. Make sure that you eat an appropriate amount. Something around 1,500-2,000 calories. .
