Chapter 18

I stood frozen, I looked down at her as she started to cry. No wonder why Edgy was protective of her and G.A was keeping his space. She just had breaking news. I held her tightly, I didn't want to let go. I looked down to see her Gods Curse swirling around her seems to spark whenever it's spoken of. That's the curse. She cannot bear any children. I picked her up and I kneeled near her stomach, I put my hand on her stomach. "I'm sorry."

She looked down at me, "What are you doing?"

I looked up at her as I looked at Edge, "It's my fault. Remember when I said I can't go to heaven?" She nods her head as I retreated my hand, "It's my fault. I never wanted you to bear this because of me. I want to tell you but if you think you are ready to be told the truth about all of this. Tell me." I put my head down as I bowed my head down to her. Edge gasp.

"Master?" He asked but I just shook my head.

She stood silent, "Why are you bowing?"

"It's a custom that you are in power, whatever you do I'll do," I told her, Edge looked at her in fear as she doesn't know what to do.

"Faith, this is your chance to tell him to do anything, if you want anything, to know anything you can right now." Edge pushed her.

She looked back at me, "I am thirsty, can you please get me something to drink." I looked up at her in shock. She smiled down at me as she put her head on my cheek, I felt my dark heart react to her touch, I just want to lean on her touch. "I would like something to drink please."

I put my hand over hers as I looked up at her, "You are really an Angel." I bow my head as I got up went to the stairs and closed my eyes. When I opened them I was in front of a store. I walked in and grab two packages of water bottles. I walked out just like that. The cops chased me but when I turned into an ally out of their view I was gone. I appeared on the stairs again going into her room. She looked at the door as I put down two packages of water bottles on the ground. I left again appearing at a different store to get her some coffee and sodas. So I did. Came back and put it on her desk.

"That's enough Lucie." She told me. She looked around in shock, "What am I going to do with all of this? I thought you were kidding, but no you got all this water." I walked over to her as I tilted her head away from me. I looked to see a bruise. She covered it, "I am fine."

"I am always serious. I could have killed that teacher, and how is that whore girl that bullies you?" I asked.

She looked down, having her hand on her other arm. "Don't kill anyone in my favor. Also, she is still around but she is pregnant."

I laughed, "Isn't that wonderful." I told her as I took a step forward. "You know I went to her house, I wanted to kill her," I told her. I want a reaction, maybe I have hope.

She looked up, fears showed in her eyes but she didn't put any reaction to it, "But you wouldn't though?"

I tilt my head, looking at the notebooks scatter on her desk. "You'll understand soon," That I would shift the world for you if you wanted Faith. I wanted to say that but how can I. She would see me as some monster.

She yawned as I picked her up and put her into bed. She curled up as she clenched her phone, "I don't think you're a monster, I think your just a ..." She yawned as she snuggled deeper into the blankets, "person who makes and made bad mistakes." She mumbles under her breath. I put my hand on her head and smiled. I took her phone away from her, charging it for the morning. Edge stretches as he also yawned.

"Good night Edgy," I told him.

He curled up, "You are really fucked up... don't hurt her."

I nod my head as I patted his head. I walked down the stairs, noticing the father sleeping again and the mother twirling her wine. Drunk idiots. I closed my eyes as I appeared in their front yard. I walked through the night. A night to myself. Well, that's what I wanted. "Yes G.A?" I turned around to see him, his eyes locked on me. He caught up, "I can't have a day to myself," I sighed.
