I have waited for so long for this Halloween. My minion has finally reported telling me that she sleeps alone, so now I walked the streets of her home, I waited for during the day. It was early morning and I decided to wait for her to wake up. So I stayed in the shadows as she got up by the sound of the alarm. She's grown up. 7 years old now. I looked at her as I see the windows closed, it's time to get up. I opened the windows with a soft motion of my hand to see it slowly opening. I looked down at her as she got up, I was hidden in the shadows.

She stretched as she got out of bed, she got dressed as I looked away. Not for my eyes to see. After I heard her tapping her shoes to the ground I let out of a breath to see her walk out the room. I followed her quietly, she went into the kitchen as I went in the shadows once again. She hummed as she made a jelly sandwich and put in a zip lock. I sighed as I looked at her as she ate an apple she looked up at the stairs, I did too see no one was there. She nods her head as she left the house. I followed her, she skipping along the sidewalk eating her apple. I shook my head as I stopped at the gate. I looked down.

I rolled my eyes as I softly went up on a brick wall waiting for her. I looked around to see homeless people walking through the streets but I didn't blink an eye. I yawned as I stretched out my black wings having it curl around my body. I waited but occasionally I did go out to do my work and come back and waited. I came back right after school ended. Everyone was dressed except for my little Angel. I frowned as she was the only one that didn't have a costume. I frowned.

"Hey, Faith! Want to go Trick or Treating with us?" A girl who smiled at her.

My Angel beamed at her, "really!" She asked clasping her hands together. I smiled as I looked down at her at the front of the gate.

The girl smirked, "No you are a freak from a Family of bad people." She pointed at her.

I stared at the girl, my little Angel just smiled sadly; "They're not bad people they just make mistakes! They do love me!" She told her with a proud smile.

The girl looked at her friends and shake her head, "That's what all people say when their mommy and daddy don't love them." She left her standing there. I looked down at her as she started crying. I jumped down softly putting my hand on her shoulder.

She looked up at me and cried into my trench coat I am wearing today. "You're back! I miss you, you are my only friend." She cried, clutching tightly against my coat. I put my hand on her head, smiling down at her.

"I'm here now. Want to go trick or treating?" I asked bending down to her level. She just looked up at me with a small smile.

"I don't have anything to wear." She sniffled.

I thought for a bit as I thought, "I can show you a magic trick!"

She looked up at me with teary eyes, "Okay..."

I looked around, "What do you want to be?"

She thought for a bit putting her finger to her chin, "I want to be a fairy!"

I laughed as I put my hands on my back as I gave her a smile, "Now what is the magic word?" I stared at her, she giggled.

"Please!" She held out her hands up, I laughed as I formed a fairy costume for her. When I showed it to her she was smiling. It was a teal color themed. The wings where sparkly as her dress with leggings had designs on them almost like vein-like. She looked up at me, giving me a hug. "Thank you, Mr."

I gave her a hug in return having my head on her shoulder, I held her tightly. I wish I can do more for her but sadly I cannot interfere with the human life. Even though I already did. When she pulled away she looked up at me with a large smile. "Happy little Angel?" I asked her.
