Coming home to Faith and she was already outside. I fixed up my suit before I approached her. Tugging it one last time. I put on my best smile as I stood over her, looking down at her as she just looked up at me slowly. "Where have you been? Eggy has been a little worried about you, but at the same time he is always complaining."

I rolled my eyes, "I am hoping to walk you to school."

She just looked up at me with a blank stare. "Why is that?" She asked. "You stopped doing that years ago. I mean even when I was a kid. Why now?" She challenges. I froze as I heard Edgy snickering. I stood frozen, "So why now, hmm?"

I watched her, "Uh, well..." I looked at Edgy who looked at me in amusement, he was really entertained by all of this.

She rolled her eyes, "What a great Uncle..."

I cringe at the words, uncle? I am not your uncle. I am much more that sweetheart, "At least let me do this as an apology?"

She shook her. "Fine, we'll go. Only this one time." That's all I need. One day with her, she was about to leave but I grab her hand. "What is it?"

I looked down at her with a small smile, "Let's skip today please?"

She stared at me, "You asked me for you to walk with me to school but now that you want me to skip school? Call off work? I am saving up money to get a god damn apartment like you asked me a couple years ago?" She is sassing me really bad right now. I looked away in guilt. "I am at least letting you walk me to school!"

I groaned, "It's just want to spend time with you..."

She pulled away, "What's up with you? Seem like this would be the last time you ever see me. Are you going away forever? What is it? Stop it." She scolds me.

I want to tell her, I looked at her in shock. "No..."

She backed away, "What is it?"

I backed away, "I just wanted to spend time with you..." Why am I doing this, maybe because I am afraid that she would think differently of me, it's only in a matter of time. She would think differently of me, she would hate me. She would curse me, going to tell me off. I looked down at the Angel in front me, I wanted to reach her to touch her. I tighten my palm. I want to. Not wanting her to leave me. I watched her as she crossed her arms.

She sighed, pulled out her phone and called her work to call the day off. She closed her phone, as she looked up at me. I looked down at her, "There, where do you want to go?"

I smiled down at her, "I want to go somewhere, a good place. An ideal place!" I smiled, she just stared me.

"You don't know what you want do you?" I shook my head at her statement, "I knew it."

"But..."

She pointed her finger at me, "Well think of something real quick."

I snapped my fingers, "Let's go on a drive." I got into a car as she just opened the door. Yeah she did get a new car, it's a rundown but it works. I got into the driver seat as she folded her arms looking at me, I started up the car. I moved on as she just watched me silently. I focused on the road as I just looked at her, wondering. "I'm sorry. You better take it I don't apologize just to anyone." I told her sternly.

She just looked over to me as she put a part of her hair over her ear. "Tell me something Lucie... are you afraid?"

I tensed at the words, "I am always afraid."

She shifted, "Of what exactly, Eggy and G.A told me you are feared from a lot of people."

I turned a corner, "Is that so?"
