Sorry I haven't been on Watt-pad and uploaded. I forgot I had one XD. Well Here is the story!
*Start Now*
"Skylar wake up sweetie its time for school!" my mother yelled while gently shaking me.
"Ok ok Im up mom" I say softly as Im slowly getting up. As my mother leaves the room I grab my outfit for the day. Which will be a nice pair of jeans, tennis shoes, and an Adidas shirt with a Adidas jacket. I also put my lip ring in and brush my dyed hair. My hair goes from a light blue to a light purple. I grab my phone off the charger and grab my other things for school including my car keys. "Bye mom! Ill see you after school!" I yell leaving. I leave before she says anything.
*Driving to school*
Hi. Im Skylar. Im your normal 17 year old girl. Except, Im not. I have a deep deep secret. Nobody knows except for my friends. We arent your normal "humans". We have special abilities or powers. Mine just perhaps to be the one where I am the Angel of Darkness. Or in our world, it would be Running the underworld. Aka. Im the female devil. Thats mainly my secret life. My life I show to everyone else Im a happy and smart girl. I have a/b honor roll at my school. I can sing and I play guitar. I work at a music store. My home life is amazing. I have a mother and father who are amazing. Neither one cheats (as far as I know). Perfect life basically.
As I'm pulling up to school I see my friends and I walk up to them.
"Hey Sky, don't forget we have the "thing" tonight at the park" My friend Galaxy said. She is the Angel of Light. Which is weird. Because, I am the closest with her.
"I remember Galaxy." I replied.
"Hey sexy!" My best guy friend yelled and walked up to us. His name is James. He and I are very close. James's power or job is to decide peace or war. Now that I'm thinking about it, we are gods. Like the Roman/Greek gods.
"Hi James. Don't forget about tonight" I say looking at him. I have to be honest, I kinda like James, Hes an amazing friend, but he treats me better than any boyfriend I've had. Our other "group members" show up and we talk until the bell rings. We all go to our separate classes. My schedule is
1. Math
2. Reading
3. History
4. Lunch
5. Study hall
6. Science
7. The Arts (Music, Theater, Actual Art)
I have every class with my friend Lani. Her power/ job, is to make sure animals are ok. She can heal them or make where they are better. The teacher then starts telling us that we are going to have a quiz next week about proportions. I do amazing in math. Its also my favorite core class.
*End of school*
"Hey guys. Ill see yall later." I say getting into my car and driving to my work.
I walk into the back and tell my boss Im here and see what I need to do. He is amazing to work with. Well, I guess it does help he is my uncle. Yes, I work at the family business. He lets me go whenever I need to if something happens. He also knows my secret. Well. He told me he thinks I have it. I have a certain mark that looks like a star with a line through it. So he told me.
"Ok Skylar I need you to rearrange the rock/punk section. No pun intended but some punks came in here and messed it all up. And after that if you wouldn't mind sweeping up a little. That'd be amazing!" My uncle questions.
"Yea sure. I got it Uncle Mike." I respond and start to rearrange. The tiny bell rings and my uncle goes up to greet them and ask if they need help. I got a weird feeling though. I stood up and acted like I was stretching and saw it was the bully at school. He usually leaves me alone after last month I punched him and broke his nose.
"Oh look who it is. Its Skylar the slut." Landon says.
"Get out" My uncle says immediately. "And if you don't Ill have Skylar call the police." Landon left after that.
*Two hours later*
I jump in my car and I drive to the park so I can meet up with my friends. We have a certain spot nobody knows about. Because it is behind tons of poison ivy and stuff. So no ones goes back there. There is a huge clearing that leads into Lani's yard. So we just sit there because the park people wont see us and Lani's parents are working.
"Hey guys. Sorry Im late. I couldn't get out of the bakery." My friend Harry walked up and said. He works at his moms bakery so we get it. Harry's power is to create light. Like brighten the world up with happiness.
"Well. How should we start it?" I said being curious.
"I think we should talk about the fact that Skylar, your moods swings have gotten worse since you punched Landon. What even happened. Lani wasn't at school and it was in Science." Our friend Ricky said. His job/power is to create darkness. Like make problems in the world. I just make them worse. Or, send people to hell. Stuff like that.
"Well. Mrs Maldonado, sent me and Landon to Mrs Centres room to get something heavy. So he pushed me up against a locker and was touching me in places and I just punched him and he got off and when we got to Centre, he lied so I got in trouble." I said. I honestly didn't care that happened. It didn't faze me much.
"Omg. Skylar.. I feel so bad for you." Lani said.
"Ehh don't. I am not hurt or hurting. I'm honestly fine." I respond. I look down at my phone and my mom is calling me."Hold on." I answer the phone.
'SKYLAR YOU NEED TO GET TO THE HOSPITAL NOW! YOUR DAD WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT!!" My mother was screaming and crying.
"Ok Ill be there as soon as I can. Do you want me to call Uncle Mike?" I say getting up and grabbing my things.
"PLEASE DO!" She yelled. Then she hung up.
"Guys.. I gotta get to the hospital.." I say. "My dad was in a car accident.." I say this to with tears in my eyes. James automatically gets up and puts his arm in the middle of my knees and carries me to my car. He then grabs the keys off me and starts driving to the hospital. I call my Uncle Mike. He said he would be there about the time I get there. Ricky calls me and tells me that he and the others would be there soon.
*At Hospital*
Once everyone is there James is holding me as a doctor and police officer walk over to us.
"I'm so sorry to say this Mrs H. But we found out that your husband was keeping something from you..-
